Very impressed with stoveworld and with the stove.
Delivered as promised. The stove looks fantastic and is a dream to light. Would highly recommend stoveworld and the stove. Great value for money and excellent customer service.

Personally......I wouldn't bother. I umm'd and arr'd for weeks, whether to buy the oven attachment and the recommended rear outlet box. In a nut shell......the oven does not get hot enough. I went for the recommended rear stove outlet box, meaning the flue dosnt come directly out the top of the oven as I read that it can be a pain to clean. What happens is the heat now transfers from the burner to the oven. Whereas originaly the hot air would pass directly up and around the oven jacket. I cannot get the oven any hotter that 150° and that takes a while at best. If you want to keep things warm it's fine. But cooking in it....is pointless. As you'd of wasted away before anything would be close to eating. The Ottawa 5kw its self is a joy to own....sadly though the oven.......is now just a very heavy, £200 box sat in my workshop. If anyone would like one please get in touch.

Love our fire so much. It really does have the feel and quality of a traditional wood burning stove. We find that although it doesnt get as hot, it heats up and heats the room quicker than our multifuel Woodburner.

Very pleased with the stove, seems to be very well built, especially given the cost.
I did have an issue with the courier causing damage to the handle of the Stove, but this was dealt with promptly and a new handle sent out immediately.
I would certainly recommend Stoveworld and their stoves.

Customer services really helpful with the delivery as I needed it to be delayed for a few days. Arrived as arranged. Lovely looking product and really puts out the heat.

Absolutely thrilled with our new multi fuel stove. The rich colour makes it a stand alone piece in the room. Delivery was fast and without a hitch. Great company to deal with.

Lovely looking stove and so big for a 5kwh. Only used it once but so far very pleased. Legs were slightly higher than expected but that was down to our measurements.
Organisation of the delivery was very helpful as we needed a specific date. The delivery courier delivered to the front door which was good and would have been nice to be inside the property but apparently its health and safety issue. Overall delighted so far.

We decided to open up the unused fireplace in our snug and found an absolute gem of a chamber that was just right for a woodburner. Our installer recommended StoveWorld and it didn't take long to find the perfect fit.
At a good price we went for the twin door option and three days later it arrived on our doorstep. Our installer took two hours to instal and commission it and away we went.
Two weeks later and we have been enjoying our new feature, getting cozy on the sofa!
My only criticism is that the 'airwash' system isn't as effective as we were led to believe. However a damp cloth dabbed in the hearth ash and the glass is as good as new.
All-in-all a very impressive burner, very easy to use and get going and the heat output is phenominal!

My installer informed me that I needed this extra part for my new Ecosy Hampton Wide woodburner. Like the actual stove itself it was delivered quickly and in time for the installation date. The stove is brilliant compared to my old stove - it uses less wood and gives out more heat. The large glass front gives a great view of the fire. We love it.

Had it installed a week ago by a Hetas engineer, turned out cheaper than doing it myself without dealing with the council.
Just burning wood on ours, fire's easy to light and gives off plenty of heat, heats our small 3 bedroom house easily. Stove looks great and makes it feel very homely.

Thoroughly pleased with my Ecosy+ Ottawa MF12. It produces a good heat, and looks good whilst doing it.
1 star removed as it has the worst manual I have ever received. Entirely generic, mostly advising you how the manufacturer will avoid warranty claims, and doesn't tell you how to make best use of the three different air controls, such as whether to push or pull them for desired effect. Can be deduced through trial and error, but still disappointing.

I have been around woodstoves from childhood untill now. In 50 odd years I have never come across one to equal the Ecosy Ottawa.
Clean burning and easy to use. This stove uses less wood than my old stove and produces far far more heat. We upgraded all of the radiators in anticipation of the higher output and we were not wrong to do so.
The whole house is as warm as toast and as it is 200 years old it is by no means airtight.
Once the radiators have come up to temperature it is not necessarily to keep loading the firebox two or three logs will keep it ticking over nicely and maintain an ambient temperature throughout the house.
Made in Hampshire. England. There's a clue there.

Beautiful stove and looks lovely now installed. Was unsure on the chrome strip at the bottom however I am really pleased. Everything was perfect but the only negative I would say is delivery. I did not get a call from the courier at all so I had to contact the couriers themselves to find out when they were delivering and that was through a lot of searching. I appreciate that it is stated it is a curb side delivery but it left me in a predicament where I had to leave the stove outside until the fitters could come to move it in on day of installation as it was so heavy and I could not lift it myself and had no one who was able to assist me. This probably should be considered by the company but other than this everything was great.

The stove arrived quickly and very well packaged. It looks great in the room. Lighting is very easy and it is very simple to operate but seems very controllable with the air adjustment. Love the open window and it heats the room very fast. Because of this, I am unable to heat the top of the stove too much because it would heat the room too much! Very happy with this purchase.
