VAT:

All our prices are inclusive of VAT at 15%. Our VAT registration number is GB 928518692 .We do not provide goods with VAT deducted at source for residential customers in the Channel Islands etc.

RETURNS POLICY:

Please inspect your stove goods at delivery. If it is damaged in any way send it back immediately with the courier, then phone us. We will dispatch a replacement to you the following day. If you are unable to inspect the goods whilst the driver is there you have 24 hours to notify us of a damaged product. Damages of our products is very rare. However if a problem does occur we will sort the problem quickly and efficiently so it does not delay the fitting of your product.

We are so confident of the quality of our products that if any item does not meet your expectations you may notify us that you wish to return it within 7 working days after the day of delivery. All we ask is that it arrives back in the original condition. Products that arrived palletised have to be put back on a pallet for return transport. This should avoid the products being damaged on their return journey. It is the customers responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods prior to return. We will then issue a full refund minus any carriage charges for the return of the goods. Return charges are billed at cost for a third party uplift by our commercial courier. We apologise that we are unable to give refunds on flue lining kits as each liner is cut for the customers individual chimney. If you are having trouble trying to arrange re collection of your item we can get it lifted when postage payments have been received.

LIABILITY:

Our liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. We shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and /or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer. Stove world UK, Karl's Heating shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods.The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of UK. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the Courts UK.

WARRANTY:

Manufacturing fault/defect become apparent, we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate. Warranty does not cover miss-use of product, e.g. over-burning of stoves through miss-use or ignorance of correct use. Additional copies of manuals containing use of product, choice and use of fuels are available by email by return. Please send a LARGE STAMPED ADDRESSED ENVELOPE with request for printout manual. . Glass, stove rope and coal grates are consumable and are not covered by warranty, unless received broken and signed as 'damaged'.

Legal:

We will try and resolve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. Any further proceedings must be within the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
