Brilliant! - This is the 6th multi fuel burning stove we have had over the years, we have had Yoeman, Stovax and other well known brands, but the Nero 11 has been the best by far. Super easy to light and control, great heat output, very solidly built and great viewing window for the fire. The fire is very economical too. We have just moved house, so have left the Nero 11 behind for the new owners of the house, but we have just ordered another Nero11 for our new house, which will fit perfectly into the inglenook fireplace and will no doubt keep us warm all winter. An excellent product.

I purchased this burner in December 2018 to replace a smaller one and wow what a choice the ammount of heat it chucks out is unbelievable its just nice to sit and watch the logs burn through the large glass door,easy to clean only empty ash pan once per week would highly recommend this model .

Brilliant stove! Completely controllable with air vents, flames pretty much switch on and off with a slide left or right. Easy to keep in overnight with a good sized log. Glass stays clean with the airwash vent and even if it has darkened overnight it will clear when you get a burn on in the morning. The large glass in the door gives an excellent view of the fire and when burning correctly the gassification effects are pretty spectacular. It's easy to use, clean and light and warms the whole house if we leave the sitting room door open. (Note -You might find a review online complaining of a whistling noise, but this only happens if the vent knobs aren't tightened correctly, they adjust the pressure of the vent plate against the inside of the stove.)

Hi I purchased my stove from you last month but did not install it straight away so I haven't got back to you sooner. It is now installed and I am delighted with it! It is a lovely stove and probably even better than I expected. I ordered it on the 3/9/18 and it arrived 3 days later in southern Ireland which very quick. It is very efficient and really puts out some heat, but the heat can also be turned down and adjusted very easily. It also stays alight overnight when shut down completely. Very happy with this stove.
I have one thing to say about the delivery and that is it arrived on a very large lorry(30ft) which could not get up my road, so I had to arrange for it to be collected from a location about a mile away. My road normally gets oil delivery's, sand and gravel etc no problem so maybe check delivery company to make sure they are using a suitable vehicle for future reference.
I have recommended this stove to a number of people already and will continue to do so.

I had a £2000+ inglenook fireplace and updated it with the Nero 11, what a difference in everyway, much cleaner, glass is always totally see through and the heat is fantastic. Thank you Stove world.

Fantastic stove with great control. Nice big glass front giving out good heat. I have had stoves in 2 previous houses and this is by far the best one I have had

Bought this stove to heat our large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with high ceiling. The stove does an amazing job of keeping the room warm and cosy, no central heating required while it's burning. Large glass door gives mesmerising view of the fire, heat output is more than enough to do the job. Stove World team are very professional and great to deal with, delivery guys were efficient and friendly. Buy one you won't regret it!

We asked a stove fitter for a supplier and make to go for (who better to ask) he recomended Stove World UK and to look at the Nero 11.
Well what can we say! what an amazing stove for the money and looks great and even better loaded with logs displayed through the large glass.
Totally changed the look and feel of our room would certainly give this stove ten out of ten.
