Stove looks absolutely stunning, but to add to this it’s so responsive. Whether it’s shut down or opened up its like flicking a switch.
Very happy with the stove so far.

CUSTOMER SERVICE - knowledgeable, helpful and professional. DELIVERY- Prompt, helpful and efficient. PERFORMANCE- Efficient burn with excellent air wash which was tested to the hilt within first week when I accidentally blackened the whole glass :( but ..... ran the fire correctly and in a couple of days the glass was completely clear with no intervention from me! So no fault of the stove - totally operator error. CONTROLS - simple to operate. EXTERIOR FINISH - as expected with an enamel finish there are a couple of chips but these are not unsightly or obvious as they just show a lighter cream below the surface finish. However, after the first couple of burns - around the cuff to the flue pipe the enamel seems to have 'retreated' in a couple of places leaving black patches. I am not worried by this but will be following up to see how to deal with it as this was unexpected.

Have just taken delivery of this lovely stove and I am delighted with the quality of it. I am looking forward to getting it installed and think it will look splendid in our house.

i bought the cosy fire 5kw stove and i am so pleased with it. the stove has been burning since Oct 15 to date march 16 using smokeless fuel the cheapest ! It burns overnight easily - the stove burns 25kg of fuel over 3 days.

Having had this stove installed this week I am very impressed with it\'s performance. It looks stunning and produces more than enough heat for our room. i\'m looking forward to seeing it\'s performance in the winter now. Very recommended
