What a fantastic fire excellent company kept us informed when our delivery will be with us and arrived within 4 days over the moon with the product and already recommended to friends and will use again for sure .

I was a little apprehensive about buying a log burner made from plate steel and not cast iron but was not disappointed with this burner. It looks classy, is very well made and performs better than expected. The heat output can be easily controlled for maximum efficiency and it heated our living room in no time at all. Stoveworld were professional to deal with and delivery was on the day which I requested. I cant fault the service or product at all...well done and thank you

Amazed, moved from a wood gobbling poor heating thing to this, what a difference, large 3 bedroom house heats up nicely, averaging 22 C in other rooms, and anything from 25 to 35 C in the ground floor, a couple of eco fans spreads the heat from this beauty well, shorts and T shirts on a cold dark winters night - excellent. Also, we have noticed a substantial drop in the amount of wood we actually use on an evening, great air control, better burning and worth every penny we spent on it. Could not recommend it more.

Felt compelled to write a review to help potential buyers decide.
I was put off by the price of this stove, as it seemed far too cheap, but the build quality is great. Very sturdy and well made.
The output of the stove is unbelievable. I’ve burnt smokeless coal and sticks, they seem to burn for ages with no loss in heat! Overnight burning is easy, restock and away you go.
I am absolutely delighted with it, superb stove, brilliant price.
One small issue are the top air intakes knobs. If you tighten them too much they won’t slide, so they have to stay slightly loose.

Don't be fooled by the claims from suppliers of high-end expensive stoves that their products are simply the only sensible option when looking for a new wood burner. With first hand experience of leading brands and looking to replace one of these in our large hall we decided to take a more objective view of value and performance versus brand and came across Stove World and their Ottawa 12KW multi fuel fire.
Speaking to the help desk was a refreshing experience with none of the technical jargon endured from other well known sites. The stove was delivered within two days by a very helpful driver and on time as promised.
The fire is brilliant and is very easy to light and can be controlled from low shut down to roaring fire with a slide of the front facing control. The clean burn works and on lighting the heat is immediate and quickly reaches optimum temperature allowing the fire to be shut down a little to conserve fuel.
I can fully recommend Stove World!

This is our second stove from Stoveworld and we are again delighted with the style and performance. It heats up a cavernous old drawing room with ease. The second tertiary airwash allows me to close the top one off completely, making for good fuel economy and clean glass - I really love my stove! Also bought the 904 liner and installer very impressed with both.
I have had a couple of big brand name Stoves in the past and cannot fault their performance, however I can honestly say this stove is more than an equal match in quality, design and performance - just doesn’t have the ridiculous price tag. I intend to buy another stove for my hall next year from Stoveworld - no hesitation.

I purchased this stove last year, its the best thing in the house that I have bought, I was so happy with it I have just purchased another one, the company is very efficient and delivery was only 2 days, If you have a big room to heat then this is the stove for you, I cant recommend the stove or the company enough, many thanks StoveWorld UK, from Sparth Manor, Lancashire.
Forget your Clearview fires........ had this fire month now and so pleased I brought it...... glass stays clean and hardly any ash, only have to clean out tray once a week so efficient burning....... you can buy 4 of these Ottawa's for one Clearview..... to me it's no brainer.
Can't recommend it enough

Thank you stove world!
We have just fitted and lit, the Ottawa 12kw ecosystem multi fuel stove.... it's fantastic. The quality and ease of use is just marvellous, can't believe we hung onto our old stove for so long! Already we're using half the wood, we would normally use. The view of the fire is huge and is wonderful to watch. But best of all is the heat!! We're now dressed like normal people, no more body warmers or wool socks! Now it's shirt sleeves and flip flops... hurrah!

We did a lot of research and read all the reviews before purchasing this stove and we couldn't have bought better. We are very pleased with this multi fuel stove which is a very good price and was delivered within 2 days of ordering. Excellent service from Stoveworld.
