We just wanted a stove for the dining room, so very occasional use. For this price, it would be hard to find anything to complain about! Very happy with it
The Fire was delivered bang on the right day . It was very well packed . The fire looks very smart in our fireplace . It is a little smaller than the one we had . It gives off a lot of heat for a small fire . We are very pleased with it .
We have received our 5kw Coseyfire Elegance CLEAN BURN in double quick time thank you for that.
I has now been installed and I must say it is far more economical than our old one that used to eat up fuel and the heat was unbearable.
We have now got the right fire for our needs and I must say we are over the moon with it.
Your customer service is second to none and we cannot thank you enough.
Thanks for our 5kw cosyfire , we did have a parkray in place for the past 30 years ,never been pleased with its heat output ,deciced on the above stove as a feature in conjunction with our biomass system.
When burner arrived was quite shocked to see how small it was in comparison to our ageing parkray ,and thought we had made a big mistake,but this negativity soon gave way to a very pleasant surprise,when the wood burner got going ,and the heat from this small vessel surprised us ,we would not hesitate buying one of these again and would recommend to anyone, looking forward to many warm night sitting by this great piece of kit ,thanks from the Richards family

As per my request it was delivered on the day I requested.
Now I have finished doing jobs for other people I will get it fitted and working.
Bought the 5KW Elegance (with log store) by call and collect from Stove World two weeks ago as a smaller replacement for our ageing wood burner.
Not quite fire season yet but it's been on test for the last three nights and I am very impressed so far. It is highly controllable and experimentation with combinations of top and bottom air controls produces a long clean burn with kiln dried hardwood, seasoned hardwood and smokeless coal. Burned the latter last night without banking up before bed and still glowing this morning with very little glass blemish.
Solidly built, great output and economical - the secondary burn feature is a canny invention! Terrific value for £260 including log store and helpful service from Stove World - so a very worthwhile investment
At first I was hesitant to buy from Stoveworld as I was wondering what the catch was, why are they so cheap?! But after reading through the other reviews, a good read through the website and a quick conversation with customer services, i could see no reason not to go ahead!
We were limited on size but Stoveworld had the perfect stove for us. I would not hesitate in recommending the company; customer service - excellent, delivery - super fast and the stove is high quality and looks great, amazing really for the price. Thank you for providing us with such a beautiful focal point in our new room ☺

Stoveworld are as best you can get for a British company supplying what I ordered to the Isle of Wight at no extra delivery charge as a lot of other companies do. The price of the stove and the delivery charge is what made me choose Stoveworld UK. I did ring them and the very helpful lady on the phone was easy to talk to and very helpful. the stove is sat in an old open fire place with 75mm taken off the sides and 100mm off the top.
Brilliant stove and excellent service from StoveWorld. This heats my large-ish living room and dining room. I also bought an eco-fan for atop the stove and find this improves the heat circulation.
