Currently having the roof replaced. On repairing the chimney, the roofers found the liner and wood burner were illegal and dangerous. The chimneys needed to be complete before the rest of the roof could be finished. With a tight programme we needed to get the wood burner here pretty quickly and liner installed - Stove World came up trumps. Professional from order to delivery. Work complete within six days. With the pandemic and lack of delivery drivers being a constant issue, we were relieved that the fire came so quickly within days. Brilliant company!
Great looking little stove. Perfect size for installation in a small cottage. We haven't fitted it yet but I would like to comment on the excellent delivery service from Stove World. Would recommend this company and certainly use them again.

Very very pleased with this Stove, its just like the photo's. You honestly cant go wrong, the price is so so reasonable too. I originally started looking in Stove shops and the prices of some were silly amounts however I was willing to pay providing it was the style I was after, I then come across this site whilst typing Log Burners into google and looked no further! Its the exact style I had in mind, for half the price I was expecting, the reviews were great so I purchased. Delivery Service very quick, with updates too. Thank you, I recommend you and will use you again.
I've had mine now for 2 winters and can honestly say it is brilliant! Great British made product too. Our last house had a stove fitted by the original owner and he paid £1500 for it... our Ottawa 5 is 100% better. Literally nothing has gone wrong with it. I can't ask better than that and the heat output actually feels better than expected.
Ordered and received the Ottawa 5 Defra Stove and was fitted in the revised fire place and what a little beauty it is, well built and looks great we adhered to the break in instruction and now working fantastic, for a small multi fuel stove it pumps the heat out, brilliant stove and worth every penny.
We had a large fireplace to fill and wanted something a little different. We are over the moon with the way it looks. We use the oven for roasting chestnuts and warming bread the house smells delicious.
I ordered this over Christmas and it arrived within 3 days. I received a great service and can't recommend it enough. ( Pictures uploaded to gallery by SW )
6 months plus usage of this stove now, its on every day, no faults at all, haven't replaced any internal parts, all still very good considering constant usage, only burning seasoned and kiln dried woods. Have all the spares, internal from stove world for when I need them including stove glass.
