Excellent service. The stove arrived on the requested date, well packaged in perfect condition. Only just getting it installed now, in situ and connected but not up and running for another couple of days (willing plumbers are like hen's teeth) but it looks to be of excellent quality although the griddle seems flimsy compared to our last one. Time will tell I suppose.

Stove delivered precisely on date as requested. Safely packaged in reinforced box on pallet. Not yet installed so cannot comment on performance. Great value
Great looking boiler stove, appears well made and a quality product. Installing at the weekend so looking forward to the first fire up. So far very happy with the product and good service today from Stove World. I have already recommended to a friend who has ordered a log burner and awaiting delivery.
Spot on, delivery spot on, nearest match to my 13kw that leaked after ten years.
Old one expensive to run and rads not that hot.
Your 12 kw gets rads red hot and only 3 hot blocks per night.megga cheap to run.
Told my brother to get one.
I'm builder plumber and fitted it so don't suppose covered by warranty??, Sale of goods act ??. Any way not worried I know good work when see it.

Very happy with service , my stove arrived on pallet within 3 days, solidly made and good value for money, with comprehensive instructions within. 10 out of 10.
I've not installed my new Ottawa Boiler Stove yet but I have unwrapped it. It looks good. The installation instructions are not comprehensive but StoveWorld have answered all my queries very quickly. So far so good.
Took 3 attempts for the delivery but was refunded the delivery charge so Thankyou. The installer for my stove has inspected it and is happy to install it. I will update when installed and how good it is. Thanks again Stoveworld .
