Happy with product installed it myself, had to cut down cord to fit but easy process. Perhaps a small piece of tape for loose ends would also be an advantage.
Excellent customer service helped enormously with a missing door pi to. So glade i bought my fire here.

My door was leaking and I could not get it to properly burn
replaced the seal absolutely perfect and the instructions made it a doddle
