Cracking stove - got it delivered to NI. Super easy to light, use the right wood (a good kiln dried hardwood) and one log will keep it going. The colour is lovely but this will be difficult to not have it blacken on some areas and the handle does get dirty rather quickly so needs cleaning. The large glass window is stunning and found a solution online to clean it up really easily. Very happy.
The stove got fitted today and I couldn’t be happier, it looks amazing! I’ve never owned a stove before so got a quick tutorial from the fitter so can’t comment on the heat output as you have to build it up. I’m very happy with my choice of stove and Stoveworld, great service from them.
We love this stove! The custom paint is unusual but very tasteful and fits our decor so well, we’ve had lots of compliments!
We ordered the custom rear box so that the stove could meet our specifications, we had to turn down so many other stoves from different suppliers because this wasn’t on offer.
We are still getting to grips with efficiency but the instructions provided are easy to understand.
Customer service answered all of our questions quickly and delivery was on time.

They sent me spray paint as fresh paint came off after unwrapping , slight glitch on inner catch from handle comes loose which allows air in but easily rectified by adding a another screw to keep existing one tight! We absolutely love this stove and highly recommend it for its price and it being very economical!
I found Stove World during a Google search for the Hampton 5 stove. The whole process was hassle free. I selected a delivery date and everything went smoothly. Haven't had the stove installed yet so cannot comment further.
Just wanted to drop you a line to say thanks for your great customer service and our fabulous stove. Your delivery service was excellent and the people I spoke to for a couple of queries afterwards were lovely nothing was too much trouble.

This is a great stove I am very impressed, the design & build quality is excellent it also looks great; I love the Burnt Grey colour blends in so well in our living room!
