The stove arrived quickly and very well packaged. It looks great in the room. Lighting is very easy and it is very simple to operate but seems very controllable with the air adjustment. Love the open window and it heats the room very fast. Because of this, I am unable to heat the top of the stove too much because it would heat the room too much! Very happy with this purchase.
The stove arrived well packaged and on a pallet. It was a good price and looks really good in our home. We are currently waiting for it to be installed.

Fantastic service for stove world, asked loads of questions before I purchased this woodburner, they couldn’t help enough, delivery was on the specified day which was really quick, not had it fitted yet but looks really nice, can’t wait to get it fitted and see it working.

We purchased the Hampton 5 because it fitted all our requirements. Such as log store under, big window, a good height so we do not need to bend when feeding it or cleaning. And a reported 84% efficient burn return. With good looks. And Stove World were great with patience while I was confusing myself with details.

It’s super easy to run and control, gives a great heat.
Just letting the ash slowly compact and build up. Just wished the front grid was better and keeping the ash in :)
Just wanted to say how pleased I am with my new burner! This is a first for me but something I have wanted for a log time. The burner itself is great, gives out plenty of heat and suits our room perfectly! Our fitter said he had recently fitted one of these and was pleased with how easy it was to install.
