I have no idea of the size of your business. The service it provides, and particularly its flexibility in dealing with issues following delivery is remarkable. The fire bowls are very heavy items. It substituted an order midstream. The smaller fireball demonstrated some problems on the specification of the fixing bolts/nuts and the retaining collar about the rim. These issues were resolved quickly and without rancour.
Exceptionally fast delivery for such a large item! Driver very helpful too!
Product is exactly like the photo and we can’t wait for some good weather so we can finish the build surround and enjoy it! Brilliant size and price!
The fire bowl is awesome, a bit more money than the smaller ones but definitely worth it. The courier broke the base so stove world sent another which was great customer service.
