Extremely happy with our new Ecosy multi fuel burner, just had it put in,after a few small fires, over a day or two we were ready to light a real fire, wow, once the heat started it was lovely, sat there in my t-shirt . The delivery of the newborn stove was great, on time . Thanks a lot stoveworld.
This is a cracking stove,easily heats my large kitchen in an old stone house,and has enough space on top for 2 or 3 pans.The Defra mechanism is fairly aggresive,ie it is very hard to slow down the rate of burning,so have to be carefull not to overload it with fuel,as it will likely get too hot.I use a stove pipe thermometer to monitor the heat,(everyone with a burner should).If you do not empty the ash,and let it build up,this will help slow the burn rate down a bit,also larger logs can help.The ash pan is awkward to remove,as there is a lip in the way,this also makes it harder to clear any ash that does not end up in the ash tray.I almost tempted to cut that lip out with an angle grinder,but this might be overkill.Not tried smokeless fuel on it yet,but works really well with wood,and the fire box is a decent size,although would be nice if t was a bit deeper.
My burner arrived as requested on time, all installed and ready for Christmas, it's a handsome one and pumps out some really good heat. Very controllable and easy to operate. Miss it when it's not alight, we think it adds a soul to our home and will recommend you to anybody thinking about having one installed!

Well took some adjusting to from my previous fire I had for 14 years but I am not disappointed . Boy it gives out some heat it’s unreal looks great simple but effective just the job and the bonus the heat is phenomenal with the door shut ! Lovely wide window which looks lush ! We love it it’s a must for my hubby who needs the heat after having a stroke so thanks for a lovely fire great quality at an affordable price .

Superb fire so much hotter don’t need door open lovely big window to look at fire has had liars if compliments from friends and family . Highly recommend this company very helpful in lots of areas worth every penny thanks guys
Looks great and really happy with this stoce. Arrived quickly. When we openeded the Stove a couple of days after delivery there was a crack in the glass from transit to delivery. Contacted them via email and a new one was dispatched straight away. Great service.
Great multi stove burner, the heat it throws out is unbelievable. Very easy to light and burns very easily. The tertiary vent works a treat! One very happy customer. Delivered in good time and packaged very well.
