Had it installed a week ago by a Hetas engineer, turned out cheaper than doing it myself without dealing with the council.
Just burning wood on ours, fire's easy to light and gives off plenty of heat, heats our small 3 bedroom house easily. Stove looks great and makes it feel very homely.
Had the stove for 2 weeks now. The communication from the company was good and the delivery was quick. The stove is good quality and the fitter who fit the stove commented saying it was good quality. So far so good, very happy with the purchase.
Very pleased with the Newburn Wide 5 stove. Weighs a ton, so if you are doing the fitting yourself, you will need a second pair of (strong) hands.
I cannot fault the item itself, really well made and creates a nice centrepiece for the fireplace.
One gripe however, Messrs Stove World - please provide an instruction manual with text in a sensibly sized font, the text in the manual supplied is absolutely tiny and really not at all easy to read!
