Stove World UK.
Purchased this 500mm pipe and also 1000mm pipe but after trying my miscalculation ended up purchasing 2 x 15mm bends and returning the 500mm.
The install was for a narrowboat so not your normal install for a house.
Having said that the service from Stove World was impeccable. No hassle whatsoever.
Stove flue pipes are all installed. Plus very well made and sturdy pipes.
Impressive delivery times and customer support first class. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who will help you in any instance that's not right.

Beautiful product, really classy! More importantly: Stoveworld UK were absolutely brilliant every step of the way. There a small issue with my stove (vent nob was different colour to what I expected) and they resolved it immediately when I emailed them - I didn't even need to send a picture to prove my case, they sent out the new part right away for me to screw on. Delivery organisation was really good too, even when I needed to change what I had originally requested. The actual delivery was great, the gentleman was extremely helpful with my difficult driveway and made absolutely sure that I was happy with where he was leaving the stove - so important as it is really heavy! Huge thanks to Stoveworld UK for this brilliant customer experience :) Tom and Olivia were the representatives that I spoke to, unfortunately I didn't catch the delivery operator's name.

The Snug stoves are amazing for what you pay. As an OFTEC registered installer I must of fitted almost 30 of these and they are as good as stoves that cost twice or three times as much. Usually fast delivery and a pleasure to deal with.

Ordered these and the side bricks were completely incorrect. My chimney sweeper said they were quite poor. He had to shave some off the top to get them to fit, the grate wouldn't go in as the side bricks were too deep and the cut out for the handle lock was too hig so had to cut it manually. Would look elsewhere for these in the future.

Great product at a very good price. Delivery was very quick. We’ve used it on Summer evenings when it’s got cooler and will use it lots in the colder months.
Great focal point in the kitchen rather than another TV to stare at.

We are absolutely overjoyed with our stove. It was installed to replace a previous Coalbrookdale multifuel stove with back boiler.
We have gas central heating now, but missed the stove and the heat output.
A woodburner is the ideal replacement for the cold evenings of Autumn and Winter, the heat is very different to that from the radiators, more intense, and wafts through to the kitchen to keep almoast 50% of our living space toasty warm.
Its very efficient when ticking over, easy to light and extremely controllable.
A very competetively priced beautiful woodburner that will enhance any home, highly recommended.

Pleased with product. Looks very nice now fitted, although haven't actually lit it yet as weather has been boiling hot the last week! We did have a bit of an issue with some of the extra 'bits and pieces" not having arrived with the delivery. However I have to say that the response once I raised we had an issue was very good and extra bits were sent out very promptly so did not cause us a problem. Good company to deal with.

Not perfect.. but a great little stove for the money. Our buying experience from stoveworld was very positive, it arrived on the day expected and was very well protected. The stove itself works well with both solid fuels and wood, although the ash pan is very shallow, so when burning wood especially, you find it overfills easily and when you take out the pan ash falls into the void behind, so you will need a very flat shovel with a long handle to clear that out or it will build up behind the pan and stop you putting it fully back. Also the ash shaker mechanism is not overly effective, so get a poker as well! Other than that we love it and it looks great!

Great value for money and also a really good quality product. This bowl looks good and is solidly-built (it takes 2 people to lift) sits well on its own stand. It is very large which means it is big enough to throw out some proper warmth. Very happy with this product.

The sales staff were very helpful answering questions before purchase, then impeccable when I experienced a delivery issue.
As for the stove it looks great, takes a little while to warm up due to being cast iron, then retains heat giving plenty of heat. Only fitted a week ago so not had chance to push it a full winter, but I'm sure it will perform.

So far whole experience very satisfactory. Stove itself looks very smart Perfect for lower end of price range. . Delivery was as promised but customers s need to be aware the delivery driver would not cross the front door threshold and left it on the pavement! Had to rely on neighbour to help lift it in the house

Ordered two stoves and couldn’t be happier. Stove world kept me informed and delivered as promised. As they were only installed in March, I’ve only had one proper fire since bedding them in. I’m not wishing the summer away but I’m almost looking forward to winter, so I can be nice and cosy with a good fire. The only thing I would say is, make sure you have plenty of muscle as stoves are really heavy. My son and I needed a little sit down after shifting two of the blighters.

After looking in stoves shops in the local area I found this company on line . The price of the stove was half at least of what was being charged in the showrooms .
Well made good quality stove looks contemporary and gives a great heat output.

The stove got fitted today and I couldn’t be happier, it looks amazing! I’ve never owned a stove before so got a quick tutorial from the fitter so can’t comment on the heat output as you have to build it up. I’m very happy with my choice of stove and Stoveworld, great service from them.

Very easy decision to choose the Ecosy Hampton 6.4 as the StoveWorld web site provided all the required information (photos, accurate dimensions, etc) for easy comparisons to be made. Site also very easy to navigate. Payment was very straight forward and very quick delivery (3 days from placing the order).
Fantastic stove with excellent build quality. Love it's clean lines. Grate heat output.

i love my new Bio Stove - the only grumble i have is that i couldnt see anywhere on the instructions that says if you spill any of the liquid onto the outside black area it will stain so the first time using it i did drip some which i now cant remove.(might be me not reading it properly!) saying that i still love my new fire and the delivery, customer service etc was good. i just need to get our flue cut down and its complete!
