Couldn't get any spares for our old stove and it eventually failed. Ordered this one as a replacement and so far we have been delighted with the heat output from it. Stove was delivered on the day I had arranged during the recent cold snap. It's in quite a large room in north Scotland and is keeping us very warm. Also delighted with the efficiency as it is using less than half the amount of logs with a greater heat output.

Was expecting a bespoke kit but it wasn't suitable for my fire even though it should be, and it came with no instructions. On the plus side Stoveworld were able to email me detail about what to do and sent me additional rope so I had enough. I do feel though that if you sell a kit for specific fires it should do what 'it says on the tin'.

1930's semi which is not greatly insulated, it heats
up our Kitchen diner 4m2 by 7m2 area very nicely.

Love this stove. It is very easy to use and creates a really cosy atmosphere. The ceramic logs look great and add to the realistic effect. We don’t have a huge amount of space above the stove so most of the heat generated just gets absorbed into the brick. It brings up ambient temperature by 1-1.5 degrees, so definitely a secondary heat source.

Part two.
Had this fitted about a month now, by Prestige Chimney Sweep, who did a really great job.
The burner is everything we could have hoped for, and has brought new life to cold rooms and huge gas bills. This is often too hot, opening doors helps warm most of our old 4 bed house. its been on for about 10 hours a day and burns about 80% of a large dumpy bag of hardwood logs in that time. But if used economically it burns about one log an hour, just ticking over.
Two things I would recommend - buy a stove that has a log store under for two reasons; 1, its a lot easier to load and clean out, and 2, the flames are more at eye level, and this adds presence to the room. The second thing get a stove which has a grate and dust pan, makes getting ash out super easy in the morning.
the controls on this are so effective its like a gas fire! Going from red glowing to intense flames in just a few second.
We love it.

I found this product on Internet having looked at others. I ordered it and delivery was second to none. The Product was better than I anticipated and when the Engineer installed it he was so pleased that he informed the Stove supplier about it. It adds to the Stove and the general décor of the room. We had a Hamlet 5kw installed previously, it was never quite enough to heat up our large living room. Bought this and its made such a difference. We love the large internal size so logs cab be double the length. Burns well, its quiet and kicks off serious heat.

cracking little stove. some of the seem quite narrow and i picked this one as it looked a bit wider. it's just the right size for my fireplace and hearth. throws out loads of heat, just trying to get the air flow right, so it's not too hot! very sturdy and being cast iron throughout, hold the residual heat incredibly well. sitting room was still warm and the stove warm to the touch this morning after burning smokeless nuggets last night.

Removed the old panel and this replacement took about 5 minutes, just remember to only tighten so it just bites to allow for expansion.

The stove is perfect- just what we’ve been dreaming of! Highly recommended!
Delivery however, was a little challenging - the delivery driver would only bring the half pallet (that the heavy stove needs to be delivered on) to the step at the boundary of my property.
The stove had to sit on the public footpath for an hour until I could arrange for a friend to give me a lift to bring it into my front garden. Thankfully my stove installer was able to call in that afternoon and help bring the stove indoors!

Stoveworld we’re fantastic with the shipping and couldn’t be happier with the stove good size fire box, vents are easy to control and it’s easy to clean . My staircase is open in the living room and after burning wood for around 3 hours the stove heated the downstairs to 21 degrees and the upstairs to around 17-18

Only thing I would say is the delivery was dropped on our driveway on a pallet so had to get people to help me bring into the house as very heavy, shame theres no option to get delivered inside where we wanted it (but this was clearly mentioned on purchase)

A really lovely stove. This stove looks great and gives out a good amount of heat. It's far more efficient that our previous stove saving us money on logs. It was delivered as expected, courier brought it to the door and was exactly as described. Overall we couldn't be happier.
