A good quality product, solidly made and representing great value compared with other suppliers. The sturdy stand was a bonus, as we were not expecting this to be included within the price.
Although not the fault of Stove World, the carrier arrived on a date earlier than expected without providing prior notice, resulting in nobody being at home to receive the delivery. Fortunately, the driver had been provided with my mobile number and arrangements were made for the delivery to be left in a safe location.

Extremely happy with our new Ecosy multi fuel burner, just had it put in,after a few small fires, over a day or two we were ready to light a real fire, wow, once the heat started it was lovely, sat there in my t-shirt . The delivery of the newborn stove was great, on time . Thanks a lot stoveworld.

Have had the stove installed just prior to Christmas and what great addition to the household. Only wish is should have done it years ago. The stove is ideal and heats the house superbly. Stoveworld were also excellent with their prompt delivery. Verey happy with it all.

Great wood burning stove. Easy to operate with one handle at the base. Starting it is also really easy and quick. Huge viewing window makes it aesthetically pleasing. Good for long pieces of timber. Can't understand why I didn't get this sooner. Compared to my old coal fire this is a game changer.

Loving this fire, it replaced a less than 2year old fire that just wouldn’t give any heat out. This fire gave more heat out from just the mini starter fires we started off with, than the last one!
We went for cast iron because that was what our original fire was that heated our whole house and was still warm in the morning.
This fire also heats our whole house and we are a very happy warm family again.
The service was exceptional, lots of communication and information.
I particularly liked the videos about the fire and how to use it correctly. Very helpful, especially for those installing their first stove.
The delivery was speedy and our delivery driver was really nice.
I can’t fault anything about the fire, company, or delivery service. Thankyou

The woodburner has been in operation for a week. It looks great and performs perfectly. My young dog also appreciates its comforting warmth. Excellent product.

Firstly a superb service from Stove World. Very fast, hassle free pallet delivery.
The fire itself is superb. So much better than our old wood burner.
Very efficient and looks fantastic with the big glass window.
Clear instructions on how to use but, as with all new fires I guess, it's taken a few days to get used to how it works best in our particular installation.
Highly recommend both Stove World and this great fire.

Very well manufactured, solid construction and nice design. Heating capability perfect for our already well insulated house. Obviously not your wood burner ambience but still comforting. Basic shutdown mechanism of the fuel box is awkward though and extra care is needed when refilling to avoid spills.
Altogether very pleased!

We bought this as an afterthought to go with our Hampton 5 stove and it has been a great call. It's sturdy and looks sleek and stylish. It's made our stove more of a centrepiece and provides storage for logs at the same time. Delivery was good - there was an issue with the carrier which Stoveworld remedied swiftly and proactively. Delivery of our Hampton 5 stove was also excellent and the stove is super. Excellent product for a great price.

I bought the false Flu, visitors are fooled into thinking its a real Woodburner,
Gives off a good heat in my open plan Kitchen/Diner/Living space.

For what was pitched to me by my HETAS engineer as a ‘budget’ stove, I have been very impressed. We had a cast iron 5kW stove in place before this which didn’t quite get the room hot enough. We have this one on a 90 degree T piece and it warms a 6m x 4.5m x 2.8m room (with 2 sets of French doors and 2 windows) up to 23 degrees nicely. Quality seems good so far too after 4 months of use. Would recommend

Rope seal had to be stretched to get from A to B (used same routing) and is not sealing perfectly at top corner of opening side. Door appears to be warped slightly. I have a lot of experience of ropeseals from day job so I think it was cut short. Otherwise happy.

Cracking stove - got it delivered to NI. Super easy to light, use the right wood (a good kiln dried hardwood) and one log will keep it going. The colour is lovely but this will be difficult to not have it blacken on some areas and the handle does get dirty rather quickly so needs cleaning. The large glass window is stunning and found a solution online to clean it up really easily. Very happy.

Stoveworld UK service was superb. They processed and dispatched my order quickly and efficiently, which was excellent especially given it was the festive holiday.
The beam arrived extremely well packaged. The beam has not been fitted yet, but I am certainly really pleased with how good it looks.

This is a cracking stove,easily heats my large kitchen in an old stone house,and has enough space on top for 2 or 3 pans.The Defra mechanism is fairly aggresive,ie it is very hard to slow down the rate of burning,so have to be carefull not to overload it with fuel,as it will likely get too hot.I use a stove pipe thermometer to monitor the heat,(everyone with a burner should).If you do not empty the ash,and let it build up,this will help slow the burn rate down a bit,also larger logs can help.The ash pan is awkward to remove,as there is a lip in the way,this also makes it harder to clear any ash that does not end up in the ash tray.I almost tempted to cut that lip out with an angle grinder,but this might be overkill.Not tried smokeless fuel on it yet,but works really well with wood,and the fire box is a decent size,although would be nice if t was a bit deeper.

Stove is a lovely addition to my home. Fits perfectly in my fireplace.
Handle to open door gets extremely hot. I need to wear a fire retardant glove.

Excellent Stove. Superb heat heating entire house no problem. Would appreciate operating instructions though as I still can not work out how to make use of the thermostat as yet. I would recommend this stove to anyone looking to get a stove.

Grate was reasonably priced which was a big draw for us. Also, now that it is in use it is proving its worth daily and standing up to the high temperatures of the log burner. It is a good universal shape and size as we thought we might struggle to get one to fit. All in all, we are well pleased.

Would have been better if the rosetta ring for terminating the flue had been available..would still like this to be sent
Delighted with the appearance and build quality of the Hampton.. Factory smell on the first few burns was quite overpowering. Settled down now but still needs a fair amount of ventilation
Amazed that no one has thought of external controls to operate the postion of the burner cover.. this must be a major safety, convenience and design opportunity for someone at StoveWorld

Thank you Stove World, the baffle plate fits our Country Kiln 22 perfectly. It was reasonably priced and arrived early and well wrapped. I know where to go next time. The company we bought our stove from didn't supply replacement parts and now seems to have closed down so I'm pleased to have found Stove World.
