Without question the most amazing source of heating we have ever had! The woodburner is coupled to a thermo store giving us unlimited hot water and heat to our 10 radiators. More economical to burn wood and coal combined. Don’t think that 30kw is too much for your property, it’s pushing most of the heat into hot water and heating the entire house. Reducing overnight airflow ensures in stays in all night! We have burned for 2 months without relighting!!! Brilliant product, buy one before you can’t anymore!

Purchased the replacement bricks which were reasonably priced and arrived quickly. However, we did have to alter them so that they fit into our wood burner.

What a stunner. A small stove that packs a punch and is easy to control. I have mine in a wooden outdoor office, so purchased the heat shield to prevent the walls from crisping up.. Love it...

Excellent product, excellent service, excellent attention to detail, customer service spot on... Flipping fantastic product. I had a rayburn for 12 years n we had to feed it n feed it n feed it. It burnt up fuel so quick compared to the efficiency of this stove n the heat it puts out.
N so easy n little ash to clean. Highly recommended

Very efficient stove. This was a replacement for an Arrow not now available. The ashpan I feel is too small, flimsy and shallow. The glass is easy cleaned if done regularly. Overall I would recommend this stove, Ottawa 21kw. Perhaps I could have a better ash pan made.-

Very happy with this stove. Looks great and kicks out the heat much better than the larger older stove it replaced. Excellent service and support from Stove World UK who arranged fast delivery. While a huge improvement over our old stove, there is one big let-down: the ash collection. The shallow ash tray fills after only a few hours and when hot is difficult and dangerous to empty mid-fire (as required per the instructions) with the tool provided. Also, it’s narrower than the fire grate meaning a lot of ash falls down the sides of the tray-this makes it hard to refit the tray, and can only be fixed vacuuming out every time once the stove is cool. Even then, some of it falls into the voids at the back, which cant be accessed without disassembling the internals. Not a great design-would benefit from a larger tray with proper ash collection, but otherwise very good.

The fire is a lovely addition to our conservatory and generates a reasonable amount of heat. It is heavier than one would think and well constructed. It does have a little smell in the fuel when you first light it and one can still smell the fuel a little after, but overall we are happy with our purchase.

We love our stove! It's perfect for us as we didn't want a wood-burning stove (as one of us has asthma). The living room in our old 1930's house is ~40 sq meters, and the heat generated from the stove is enough bump up the temperature by a degree or two - very comfortable. I would say that I do sometimes miss the sound of crackling fire, but you can always turn on a fire-place soundscape to finish the experience!
Once we received the stove we did find some scratches due to the transport, but Stove World were very helpful and mitigated this issue in no time! Much appreciated!

Nice simple stove. Install easy. Can throw out a lot of heat. Glass stays clean. Handle stays cool. Only have one little gripe....Ash builds up on inside of door just below glass on the small ledge, but easily brushed into dustpan - only minor, just need to remember. Quick and fair delivery to Highlands.

I went against my instincts and the reviews by others on this website, and purchased this bolt on oven along with the Ottawa stove. Its been two seasons since I bought them, and I haven't had the same issues as two of the other people who said the oven causes a blockage and prevents proper exhaust. I have had a carbon monoxide detector in the room and there have been no issues at all.
I have only used dry, seasoned wood and smokeless coal ovals in the firebox. I used the exhaust outlet on the back of the oven (as opposed to the stove). Everything works fine, and has for two years now.
Also, thanks to stove world for a seemless transaction and delivery. I will definitely use them again.

We bought this stove back in May 2022 and as its in a new build didn't fit it for a while and lit it even later. I fitted it myself having done a lot of research and it is a completely sealed system - air in from outside via a hose and the flue is connected direct to the stove as it is required to be.
What a difference to the stove we are used to! It's absolutely brilliant. Load of dry wood lasts all night and make the room super cosy - the wife keeps saying 'open the door and let a draught in!' but there are no draughts in this house!
The glass stays pretty clean, there is bugger all ash, at least four fires before you need to clean it out, the heat is amazing and the controllability with just the single airflow knob is like a gas fire!
All aspects of dealing with Stoveworld were spot on and i'd recomend this stove and them to anyone

WOW! We love our new wood burner. It is stylish and so much more efficient than our old stove and the price was fantastic. Far less than half the price of the stove we were looking at, before our stove installer recommended Stove World and Ecosy. The purchase and delivery process was so fast and efficient. Really pleased with our stove.Solidly built and a great efficient design,fully cast iron with an ash Pan which makes cleaning a. Breeze.The tertiary secondary burn is a great feature and helps to keep the glass clean.We chose the Rock SD over other models because of the size of our opening 700mm x700mm and also contemporary styling.Initially .we constructed cardboard models of the stoves we liked for our opening. using the dimensions provided on Stoveworld and it proved to be a great way to work out what we wanted.We found the stoves liked were too big and would have not worked.For perspective our lounge is 5m x 5m.It will easily heat the lounge and also the hallway leading up the stairs.Thanks to Stoveworld UK for prompt service in altering our order and a wonderful product.

Can’t praise stoveworlduk enough for all their help with picking our stove and helping make the installation flawless, our new stove has finished the room to perfection, it’s sleek, clean running and slowly burns our logs to warm not just the room but since fitting we have hardly had the heating on, best decision we ever made!!

I used to have a traditional log burner. Since moving to a modern home this was not an option. I discovered the Hampton Bio Stove and am delighted with the results. Yes it heats the room up, yes it has real flames and more importantly its built like a traditional log burner. This is not cheap and flimsy!

I purchased this stove to replace an old and tired stove I have had for 25 years. It was promptly delivered and easy to install. The only slight disappointment was that there were no instructions on how to access the alternative outlet port (although it was easy enough to figure out) or the role of the different controls (again can be figured out). I also bought the wood store which was of similar quality but was missing the construction bolts needed to put it together; nothing a trip to B&Q could not fix. The stove works really well and is so much more efficient.

Purchased an Ecosy+ Snug 5 multifuel. Great looking compact but very heavy stove. Excellent price and delivery ( helped up a spiral on the pallet). Just had it installed and await plaster drying. Will update. So far 5 stars

A wee bit late with review , had the stove delivered end of July but have recently had it installed . The ordering was easy and the delivery was even a day early and all items were delivered in perfect condition , the stove is perfect for the size of our living room and everyone is very happy with its performance and highly recommend stove world to anyone thinking about buying a one.
