Refractory Clay is a great material, perfect for cooking pizzas on. Able to withstand extreme temperatures whilst evenly spreading the heat throughout the base.

The stone has a smooth surface, which makes the transfer from peel to stone nice and easy.

To create a large surface you can push multiple stones up against each other. 

These are the same bricks used in our Green Machine Pizza oven and will be perfect for anyone replacing these or making their own outdoor D.I.Y Pizza oven
