About the Flue
This all-in-one pipe has been specifically designed for use with Bio stoves. While it may be compatible with Electric stoves, it must not be used with wood-burning or multi-fuel appliances.
The new all-in-one Bio Flue has been purposefully developed by the Ecosy team to suit all current Bio stoves, including the Leo Cylindrical models. It fits neatly inside the 5" cast iron flue collars supplied with all stoves and is designed to push the stove slightly away from the wall, creating a small air gap for improved ventilation and appearance. Its all-in-one design removes the need for multiple flue sections and is the recommended option for freestanding Bio installations.
No seal, screws or cement are required; simply push the flue into the stove and it’s ready to use. The top end flares out to create a tidy finish and the look of a traditional wall ring, as commonly used on wood stove installations.
The flue can be positioned to sit flush against the wall and removed easily when needed, or secured in place using the pre-drilled holes provided (no screws included). The upper end is capped to prevent heat from rising up the pipe.
