We absolutely love the fire pit, bought for our wedding which we have not had yet but been testing it and it is wonderful! Produces so much heat, keeps most of the ash in the bowl and looks fabulous!

The log burner was delivered within two days, really good service, and a great price for such a well made burner, even the installer was impressed. Looks really good set in the fireplace and throws out plenty of heat, even the sight of the flames warms us up! Highly recommend log burner, heavy cast iron, good quality appliance.

Spot on, delivery spot on, nearest match to my 13kw that leaked after ten years.
Old one expensive to run and rads not that hot.
Your 12 kw gets rads red hot and only 3 hot blocks per night.megga cheap to run.
Told my brother to get one.
I'm builder plumber and fitted it so don't suppose covered by warranty??, Sale of goods act ??. Any way not worried I know good work when see it.
