Ordered a set of replacement fire bricks for my woodburner at a very reasonable cost and received them three days later. Good service, goods well packed, no fuss, that's what people want.

Only today used the stove although installed without difficulty by trade in May. First off the service and advice from stoveworld was first class, and a smooth delivery too. We are completely happy with the stove, it looks great and once tempered in produces an easily controllable heat. I would whole heartedly recommend the stove, it is well built and sturdy, and would also recommend that you buy it from stoveworld. First class product and service - many thanks.

Very pleased with the stove. Competitive price, nice neat and modern look. Stove World provides great service, very straightforward and fast delivery. I would recommend it to anyone who looks for a stove in good price

Excellent wood burner. Looks like high quality as well as very stylish. Big window to get the full benefit of the fire when lit.
Delivery was very quick and the stove was well packed with an easy to read manual.

Stove World UK.
Purchased this 500mm pipe and also 1000mm pipe but after trying my miscalculation ended up purchasing 2 x 15mm bends and returning the 500mm.
The install was for a narrowboat so not your normal install for a house.
Having said that the service from Stove World was impeccable. No hassle whatsoever.
Stove flue pipes are all installed. Plus very well made and sturdy pipes.
Impressive delivery times and customer support first class. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who will help you in any instance that's not right.

Beautiful product, really classy! More importantly: Stoveworld UK were absolutely brilliant every step of the way. There a small issue with my stove (vent nob was different colour to what I expected) and they resolved it immediately when I emailed them - I didn't even need to send a picture to prove my case, they sent out the new part right away for me to screw on. Delivery organisation was really good too, even when I needed to change what I had originally requested. The actual delivery was great, the gentleman was extremely helpful with my difficult driveway and made absolutely sure that I was happy with where he was leaving the stove - so important as it is really heavy! Huge thanks to Stoveworld UK for this brilliant customer experience :) Tom and Olivia were the representatives that I spoke to, unfortunately I didn't catch the delivery operator's name.

The Snug stoves are amazing for what you pay. As an OFTEC registered installer I must of fitted almost 30 of these and they are as good as stoves that cost twice or three times as much. Usually fast delivery and a pleasure to deal with.
