Arrived as stated nice and promptly.
When using the tube you do have to be careful when bending it round into curves as you can dent the material, but that's to be expected and I did get it into really tight spot with a double curve, so all good.

After building an extension with a seating area next to the chimney breast, my plan was a wood burning stove. A £6k quote, a promise of a dirty great liner being pulled out past my new plaster work and scaffold for a chimney pot replacement soon put paid to that idea. Realised we didn’t need anything to heat as underfloor heating was sufficient, still wanted something in the hearth. Looked at electric stoves, all sorts, then found this, it took me years of searching!! It’s bloody brilliant, I love it. It does get quite toasty too, so the floor is now switched off and when we need a bit of heat we fill this up, at least you know how much fuel/money you’re burning. It looks amazing, I did buy the flue thing even though it’s not needed, it looks a bit strange without one. I also bought the brass handle which I think looks nicer the the wood one it came with. Delivery and comms were very good too. Wish I’d bought the ceramic log things too. Can’t recommend highly enough if I’m honest.

Pleased with the stove, it definitely has some horsepower. It would have been a five star but two issues, the first is that the air wash system is pretty hopeless. if you want to see a flame you have Ito clean the glass daily. The second was how inconcise the instrutions were. I could find no mention of the air wash knob or the thermostat for the boiler. I would but it again though.

Stunning stove at a great price. I had the original Idyllic and this newer version with its updated grate and ash pan design is even better. Very good value and fast delivery

The service from stoveworld was excellent. The stove was delivered as instructed, in good time.
It looks great in my log cabin.
The Ecosy manual could have been more helpfull, indicating what vent position was OPEN and Closed.
All in all, I am very happy with the purchase.
