The stove arrived in good time and was placed on my drive by a very helpful driver.The packaging was robust and all arrived safe and sound. I have simply follwed the instructions in the booklet regarding the first burn etc and the stove fired up first time with no problems. The vent settings are easy to master and each burn has been a success. the stove heats our kitch/dinning area to 20 + degrees easily and then matintains the temperature. I thoughly recommed this stove, thank you Stoveworld

A very decent 5kw multi-fuel stove. Took a couple of weeks to get the best out of it but once you've got the hang of it it's brilliant. Confused with the ash pan because when in wood burning mode you have the grate closed when burning, which means ash can't fall to the pan. To get ash to fall you open and close the grate quickly when cold. Even then not much drops through so you find yourself sweeping the stove out. Don't let that put you off because it's easy to do. The right hand under air flow control can be shut very quickly after ignition with just the left over air flow vent open for the burn. I find if you shut them both down it tends to die a bit but with left vent fully open it's an efficient burn. Looks good and gets very hot, would recommend, with the above lessons learned.

We brought vista 500 great company to deal with delivery was on time and stove was well packed we had it installed a week ago works great and so easy to use looks absolutely great in our front room . A big thank you to stove world would definitely recommend this company…

This is a fantastic stove and we cannot believe how it is not over imposing in our lounge.
Our fitter thought it was a lovely stove and really good quality. When lit he said it had an exceptional draw.
We live it’s modern look and the push pull handle is far nicer than lever handles , the air adjuster is a near knob to the side and makes the finish of the stove look sleek and expensive. Really good value for the price and the added heat shield meant no removal of plasterboard and it sits neatly just off from the wall.
I had never lit a stove in my many years nd I get this burning well in 5 minutes.
I would highly recommend the Hampton vista I’d you are looking for a modern freestanding stove.
