I was surprised when this flue box arrived; a very quick delivery and an excellent product. It is a high quality fabrication made from 4.5mm gauge steel. It was supplied with the rope gaskets already in place along with the necessary bolts and nuts for attaching it to the stove and vertical collar. Well done! to whoever made this.

Prompt delivery, a reasonable price and appears to be good quality. Not fitted yet as wood burner in use at moment.

This is our first stove and I’d received a lot of mixed advice. However the stove is everything we wanted it to be and we’re really please with the purchase. It was fitted by a professional installer and he was extremely complimentary.
Additionally the purchase and customer service experience was really positive!

Not had it fitted yet so this is part one!
What I can say at this stage is that it was delivered on time, and securely packed. Had the option of keeping the pallet it was delivered on. I have to say they are unfeasibly heavy given its smallish overall size, adn it can not be taken apart to make it lighter. Once in the house I have to say it is beautifully made and finished.

I had this stove installed in our kitchen just before Xmas as we struggled to get the room warm enough. Since then we have used it every day and we spend most of out time in the kitchen now.
The stove itself looks great, we also purchased the stand which brought the top of the stove up to worktop height and we store wood under this in a tub. This makes it more of a feature rather than sat on the floor.
It is really easy to light and the control is very easy and efficient.
The installer recommended this stove to us, They did a great job, very clean, professional and friendly stoveshampshire@yahoo.co.uk.
I would highly recommend both the Stove, the suppliers team@stoveworlduk.co.uk and the installer. one of the best investments I have made. Note the picture is after lots of use , so not "As installed"

My HETAS engineer recommended Stoveworld to me and I am delighted to say that I have not been disapointed. I pre-ordered this stove as it was out of stock and the team kept me advised of the anticipated delivery date. In fact it arrived early with the company and I immediately received a call to arrange delivery with an array of dates so it was very convenient.
The stove duly arrived by courier and was left on a pallet in the garage ready for my engineer.
The stove easily heats the room meaning the central heating is not required. It has excellent capacity which also means it can be banked up at night and still be burning in the morning.
I would highly recommend both Stoveworld UK and this stove.
