It Came on time very well Packaged & installation took a day, just got to have the wall skimmed now.
We Wouldn’t hesitate to Recommend Stoveworld.
Having an Alternative to gas/electricity is so important now

Lovely fireplace. Had a quality issue, that was very quickly sorted with no fuss. Wow great customer service. Would use again no problem.
You can’t help issues sometimes, what you can do is have control over your costumer focused resolutions and I can not fault this company. One satisfied customer.

We bought this lovely stove for our dining room, the stove was out of stock we were called when it was back in stock less than a week, we were given a delivery day that suited. Would recommend as very happy with service and stove so far although not fitted yet. Will update when stove is fitted, that's why only 4 stars at present

Stoveworld's ordering and delivery process was very efficient. Once installed, even though not 'run-in, the stove lit easily and response to the air inlet control was good - quite a contrast to our old multi-fuel stove.
The design and manufacturing quality of the Hampton 5 is excellent. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the quality and look of this stove. We are using it near our deck area and the double door feature enables safe loading of logs from the rear. Generates a lot of heat and hopefully it will last us for years. Got a bargain too - excellent for the price having looked at many, many other low/mid price outdoor stoves
