Excellent service from the team even helping me source flue parts that they don’t supply. Wrong handle delivered and one phone call had the new one here within a couple of days. Great people to deal with and really happy with the products.

First Class service would highly recommend.

An absolutely brilliant stove/boiler which was delivered in a very timely manor considering it had to come all the way to the highlands of Scotland. The secondary burn system is a game changer regards to the extra heat it helps produce even with the smallest amounts of fuel. I would highly recommend this stove/boiler for quality to price ratio. The only slight niggle with it was that one of the door glass support screws was very rounded and needed replacing straight off but not worth losing a rating star over that.

I bought this bio-ethanol burner a few months ago, but waited until now to review it. I was impressed with how quickly it was delivered and the service and helpfulness of the driver to at least help me lift it through the front door!
The build of the burner is quite solid and robust, which was exactly what I had been looking for, as most other burners tend to be of an aluminium frame. When lit it doesn't take long for the room to heat up. My house is mid victorian and the sitting room is approx.4m x 4m with a ceiling height of 2.6m. Within 10 to15 mins the room was cosy and warm. In fact as time went on I had to open the door a few times because of the heat produced. This was my first test and I did have the fire on full! For a litre of fuel it burnt for 4 hours and was incredibly warm.
I have since half covered the flame which has extended the burn time to 6 hours. The room was still warm and comfortable.

Great multi stove burner, the heat it throws out is unbelievable. Very easy to light and burns very easily. The tertiary vent works a treat! One very happy customer. Delivered in good time and packaged very well.

It was an absolutely amazing fire pit with grill. Much much better than I expected. I would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend this company. Wonderful product for even better price!
