Although we have not fitted the fire yet the purchase and delivery process was excellent. We were able to indicate which date we wanted for delivery and it actually turned up on the day. Brilliant service.

Great service from StoveWorldUK and a great product too. So easy to use and generates shedloads of heat as well as lovely flames. Really pleased. Top marks all round.

Brilliant service I requested a delivery date and it was the on that date and a lovely delivery driver as well, all packed up perfectly so no damages can be do definitely will be recommending to everyone who wants a stove to use Stoveworld

I’ve had this stove fitted for a few weeks now and can’t fault it. It’s not an over powering size but kicks out some great heat is easily maintained. The service and delivery were awesome. A great experience from start to finish

Really impressed with Stove World UK - Informative website helped our decision making. East to order. Fast delivery and well packed. Compared with other suppliers we looked at this is a superb stove for the money!
Installed last week by a local HETAS registered sweep. Done our primary burns as instructed. Now enjoying the benefits of a log burner. So easy to use. Can't wait for the winter!

This fire is simply amazing! Great quality, great customer service - quick response time too with a delivery issue (resolved very quickly) the large glass front gives amazing viewing capacity.
Would recommend the stove and stoveworld to anyone.
