So impressed with Stoveworld the whole process from choosing the right woodburner for me from your easy to navigate site to delivery on my chosen date. Great service arrived promptly. Couldn’t get the exact cover as our oven is quite old but with a bit of adjustment fitted fine. Was slightly disappointed with some technical assistance as our oven had experienced some damp over the winter ( due to the old cover damaged though age) and was trying to find out the best way to dry it out. Left it open during the last good weather and it appears fine. Didn’t know how the oven was constructed and wondered if the insulation had become wet through the chimney, no one could help.

I'm impressed with this company. Ordering and quick delivery of the stove was so simple and both aspects went without a hitch. The stove is really attractive and suits the space it's needed for. Compared to other companies the price is excellent for such a high output stove. Certainly does the job and looks good. I'd have no hesitation in ordering from Stove World again.

Wow! Amazing quality set. After speaking with a local company we were set on one which had a fixed frame. This set was almost half the price of any local to me and equal in quality.

A stunning looking fire. Not yet installed, but delivered exactly on time. There was a small problem with one of the extra we ordered, but this was rectified immediately, without any issues, and delivered with 48hrs. Sometimes things go wrong, but it is the measure of a company, when they go out of their way to put things right. Could not ask for any better service.

I fitted this stove recently for a customer as her old stove was eating fuel and hardly giving any heat. She was absolutely amazed at how much heat from half as much fuel from this stove. Another happy customer
