Realised at Christmas that the bricks in my excellent Hampton Ecosy 5 stove were badly cracked and corroded and ordered this spares kit. Even though it was holiday period my order placed on 26/12, shipped on 29/12 and was delivered by Royal Mail on 31/12/25 in deepest Cornwall. Replacement in stove was quick and straightforward. Good product and excellent service from the Stove World Team over the holiday period.

Fire arrived on time as per emails, already installed and a lot hotter then expected and that was with the burner half closed
Only one disappointment is that I have had to use the plate to cover vents in top do to much heat going up onto wood fire place and the screws supplied are not black, so need to purchase a tin of stove paint. also I wish there was a bit more information on how to fit logs as there are groves in them but nothing to said best positions
Have included picture ignore green tap as that to be removed as altering surround

Absolutely brilliant service from stove world. The flue is a great fit with a heavy duty quality feel the matt painted finish is superb.. Fits nice and tight inside the fire collar no need for extra screws or bolts just a nice finish.

Love our bio stove! Delivery was quick, even over Christmas. We didn't want to fork out thousands to have a log burner installed so we opted for a biofuel stove and its perfect. It creates a lovely warm atmosphere for our newly decorated livingroom and it does kick out some heat which is great! Highly recommend if you're thinking about getting one.

Great value and quality, well packed fast delivery. The new firebricks fitted perfectly. They have transformed our log burner and made it function as good as new.

i purchased a new stove from this company and recently also a new stove grate , very easy to find replacement parts at a good price , also very reasonably priced with good communication and quick delivery .
