Very happy with it, delivery was on time which it was crucial as we had someone the day after to have it installed. The stove itself is brilliant, great looking and super easy to use, is a joy in the winter days WFH next to it. Very happy with it.

Amazing addition to our garden. I cannot recommend enough the service, speed of delivery and the fire pit itself.
Just amazing. Thank you.

I'm going to update my review after being determined to fathom this stove out! So, 1) overnight burn = no chance unless you sleep less than six hours. This is the maximum I've managed to keep it going for on one load of fuel. 2) Ignore the instructions provided! Don't leave the main door open when lighting, it smokes like hell and your alarms will go off! Keep the bottom ash pan door open until it's at least 300f. Then keep the spin wheel fully open till at least 400f. Never close more than 1 1/4 turns from locked. 3) Locked is debatable. The spin wheel is not engineered straight. Get it to the point where it bites, then turn back 1 1/4 turns. 4) Keep the lever always to the left to keep the glass clean. 5) Optimum burning is between 400-550f Maintain this heat at all times. 6) Light with 3 firelighters and plenty of kindling. Getting up to heat asap is important. Follow these rules and you'll get the best from the stove. Hope this helps?

I have nothing but praise for Stove World who were simply brilliant. Communication was excellent, reliable service and delivery. To top it off the stove not only slot into the space well and looks stylish, but delivers great heat. I’m on stove number three and this one matches the villager I had previously. Amazing value for a stove that packs a punch.

Brought this fire after a few weeks of research to replace an small log burner already in the house. Was a little worried about the fact it's such a decent price but extremely happy with the product! Takes a while to really heat up the cast iron but once it's hot it gives out some crazy heat, extremely efficient only need a couple of logs to burn all evening. Extremely impressed with the heat output!

Lovely stove and changed our victorian tiled open fire place to multi fuel stove. Our choice was limited by the cast iron fire surround.

The Snug 5 was recommended. Ordering and delivery was all very efficient and timely.

The handbook isnt very clear. The first operating requires 3 small fires to "temper" the stove. To avoid paint flaking creasing,or peeling. Booklet doesn't give state what temperature range this should take place at, how much kindling to use in the process. Refers to using a stove thermometer but doesn't explain you can't use a stove thermometer on new stoves until the paint fully cured by tempering.
