This oven top is not safe. I have no idea how it is still for sale.
Basically this oven sits directly on top of the stove. The smoke (and heat) has to pass around the back and sides of the oven (around 1 inch deep). This EASILY gets clogged with cinder, and because there is no access other than the top and bottom, it's impossible to clear in place.
After about 3 months of use, my stove what really struggling to draw. eventually the carbon monoxide detector went off.
I removed the Flue from the top of the oven, and it was completely packed solid with cinders! No smoke could get through at all!!! I tried to remove, but the access is so poor it is impossible.
TLDR; Do not bother with this add on. It isn't safe, it's impossible to clear and you will end up having to throw it away.

The fire bowl is awesome, a bit more money than the smaller ones but definitely worth it. The courier broke the base so stove world sent another which was great customer service.

we have had this since April 2020 and its a great bit of kit, having looked into building one and spent a fair amount of time looking at other of the shelf alternatives I was a bit unsure given the price. Delivery and assembly was quick and straightforward with two of us.
First few attempts took a bit of time to get the temperature right and find the right dough mix, once we sorted this its been great and it gets up to heat very quickly and we will easily get 4-5 pizzas cooked before needing to put more wood on, we have tried compressed sawdust logs which work well but seasoned ash seems to be the best burning for a long time at a high heat.

We recently bought this stove for our garden so we can extend our time outside and we love it! It looks amazing and pumps out loads of heat. Build quantity is excellent and looks beautiful on our decking. A great investment and definitely worth it! I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. I shopped around a lot before I finally decided to buy this dining set from Stoveworld, I didn’t realise just how many variations of this type of furniture there was until I started looking. The quality from this company is amazing for the price, the quality that you’d expect to pay in excess of £2,000 for. The delivery was super quick too.
