Quick delivery from date of order. Easy to unbox & set up. Using most evenings where it’s got colder. Really happy with my purchase as makes my lounge feel cosy & toasty. I also like the fact it comes with a long warranty.

I spent a considerable amount of time weighing up the pros and cons of a traditional log burner versus a bioethanol fire. Having owned a log burner before, I knew how effective they are, but also how messy and dusty they can be. My main concern with a bioethanol fire was heat output, as I didn’t want it to become just a visual feature.
After much consideration, I chose the Hampton and can honestly say it was an excellent decision. The build quality and weight immediately impressed us, and it burns beautifully while producing far more heat than expected. We also added a heat-powered fan, which efficiently circulates warmth around the room.
We took the flue through the ceiling and the finished result looks fantastic. Excellent product, excellent service, and a well-deserved five-star rating.

We bought this stove for my dad as he lives in a big old house and keeping it warm was a nightmare. This stove is amazing does 13 radiators and his house is lovely and warm and doesn’t burn as much fuel as you would think. His house is the house I grew up in and I never thought I would utter the words it to hot in this house !!

The Heat this throws out is amazing , we could not have a wood burner , this cuts out all the faff , so easy to set up , works like a dream .The fuel is expensive but we are very impressed and pleased .Service by stove world was outstanding , delivered 4 days early , cannot recommend enough

We are delighted with our Panoramic bio ethanol fire. We were very nervous about whether the flame would fill the firebox (which it does on full chat) and whether it would actually generate any significant heat. Bought the fan after reading reviews that said it helps the heat distribution. Although bought mainly as a feature and a secondary heat source we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of heat it generates. It is very noticeable even in a large room with vaulted ceiling!
Very well packaged and secured on delivery. Not seeing the 4 hr burn time that others have reported, more like 2-3hrs on a litre of fuel but we tend to run it on full to get maximum effect. We got it set up in time for Christmas which has been perfect. Would highly recommend!
