Seriously good. Arrived well packaged on a pallet and simple enough to set up and get going. It’s very heavy and you’ll need two strong people to put it in place but it’s very sturdy once it’s there.
Gives a lovely amount of heat and looks just like a real log burner. Very very pleased

Bought this product from Stove World recently and was highly delighted with it. My order was dealt with quickly, received an e.mail within minutes. A tracking number allowed me to follow the delivery. I contacted the company following the delivery and thanked them for their service
The sales person was very polite and friendly.

The Ecosy+ Hampton 5 is exactly what I was expecting and hoping for. It keeps my room cozy and provides a lovely flame, just perfect for snuggling down in front of a fire. The handle was easy to install, and it works great. There was a delivery issue with the courier, and the StoveWorld team was very efficient in sorting that for me. I couldn’t be happier.

What a beautiful stove which burns really well. Cannot fault the delivery and service from stoveworld. Brilliant fire for the price.

We just moved into an old cottage with a few strength gaps..one of which was the old multifuel stove that leaked and which we gratefully condemned to the skip on moving in. We were lucky to find Shaun the Sweep ( seriously, that is his name!) who volunteered to find us a suitable multifuel stove at a reasonable price that was suitable for our old fireplace. And so it came from Stoveworld, on time, in a crate, unloaded for us with a smile three weeks before Christmas, just like it said on the order. It was installed within 48 hours and it is FANTASTIC! Stoveworld have been brilliant. I haven"t used the complaints desk yet because there's nothing to complain about!
Now, you can buy an expensive stove (our last one cost two grand) or you can buy the stove you need at almost a third of the cost because you've spoken with the nice Stoveworld people.
Support small businesses and do yourself a favour! Stoveworld gives exceptional advice and products. You know it makes sense!!

Fantastic product . Excellent service from start to finish . Log burner is exceptional . The price point was also very very reasonable . Hoping to buy another stove next year and will be back to this company for sure .
