I love my new multi fuel stove . It fits into the space really well and looks great. It is easy to light and to keep clean . The perfect addition to my living space .

Really pleased with my purchase, excellent service from Stove world, fire is easy to assemble, clear instructions on how it works as this was the first time purchasing a bio ethanol fire, and it looks great. It also gives off more heat than I thought it would and gives the room a more cosier feel. Would definitely recommend!

Had a 5kw multifuel stove for a few years then replaced it with a 12kw multifuel stove , the heat was good but didn't reach upstairs unless it was on front 8 in the morning till 12 midnight so decided to but this boiler stove, which I have connected to my radiators only may do hot water at a later date , im running 9 radiators downstairs and 6 radiators upstairs inc the heat sink radiator , the heat transfer is quick using a wilo pico pump for the pump side , the hardest thing is to find a plumber to fit the stove so old style plumbers are the best place to start , all in all its a great stove well made and huge window to see the flames , the heat it kicks out is fantastic and heats my house in about 40mins from first light ..it burns less than I would of thought but it does need feeding with logs to keep it up to heat or you can use smokeless which is easier to control ...great stove well worth considering if your in the market for one .

Using recommended bio fuel and has a scent but hoping is just the curing process

I really liked the design and build of the ECOSY. ELK I ordered it on line and was kept up to date with the delivery process which arrived at the date I requested.since then its had a couple of warm burns to settle it in ,and now I can really turn up the heat

The stove itself is fantastic. Easy to use and and a good quality.
Drawing and photos are a little misrepresenative of what you get as there is no damper option (now highlighted in description, it wasn't when we purchased it but the team at Stove World compensated us quickly).
