We have had this fire for over a year now and it is the best thing we did, after just the open fire only problem is we have to open the door or window to cool down

Prompt delivery of this attractive fire for our new garden room. It is the perfect size and fits in with our modern scheme. Only lit it a couple of times as its springtime, but was easy to use and control. A great price too.

Bought this stove in March and am extremely pleased with it.installed into a Victorian style fireplace it stands proud using the rear flue,is very easy to light and once up and running so to speak burns a single log in around an hour.Easy to control and bangs out the heat so well that we leave the lounge door open and partially heat upstairs as well. All in all an excellent stove.

I have had my stove for a few months now and I am very pleased with it. Generally easy to light and very easy to control. Have had larger more expensive stoves in the past but I am equally pleased with this one. Service from Stove world excellent would definitely recommend them.

Excellent product and exceptional value for money.
I purchased this stove in January 2016 and we installed it a week or so later. The stove itself burns a treat and does stay in all night and it produces a good heating effect. This stove in use meant that the electric night storage heaters could be turned off both downstairs and upstairs. Very easy to light and operate. I have used both coal and seasoned wood in it and it burns extremely well with both. Oh, and it looks like a much more expensive fire. It has a good size fire box and the single window in the door means that the fire becomes the focal point of the room. Mine is the wine red colour and it looks stunning.
Now onto the service I received from Stove World. The fire was delivered to my bolt hole in rural Devon in a couple of days of placing the order online. On unpacking it there was some damage to the enamelling on the base caused by the screws on the packaging crate. There was no other damage. On contacting Stove World and sending them a couple of pictures they arranged for the stove to be collected and a new replacement sent within two days at their expense. There were no problems with the second one. I received excellent service, and it was really nice talking to the lady I dealt with on the phone, very professional and customer focused. I was a bit tardy in sending in this review but on returning to Australia I had to get some knee surgery and life kind of took over. I will be purchasing another one of these stoves from Stove World in the next few months for the other building on my property. It will probably be the smaller stove as I think the Petite XL 8kw fire would produce too much heat for that place which even though a cold stone building is only a couple of large rooms.
Thank you for great service and a great fire at a really great price.

You need a large area to heat, If the fire is kept on a low setting, the glass discolours. Very good value for the price. Large log chamber that will save a fair amount of cutting, The fire is easy to light and soon warms downstairs and upstairs. It warms our 22ft X 22ft kitchen and 4 bedrooms upstairs.I would have expected instructions on how to use the various controls or be able to download some.

i bought the cosy fire 5kw stove and i am so pleased with it. the stove has been burning since Oct 15 to date march 16 using smokeless fuel the cheapest ! It burns overnight easily - the stove burns 25kg of fuel over 3 days.
