Good morning,
We recently bought a Woodburner from you and I just wanted to give you some feedback as we telephoned you direct rather than use eBay. My husband spoke to a very helpful man who was both knowledgeable and pleasant. Due to his advice we bought a different stove than the one intended. The product arrived promptly, extremely well packed and undamaged. We have had it lit according to instructions with excellent results. All in all we are very satisfied with our purchase and would recommend your company to others. Well done.

My 5Kw Ottawa was out of stock but given the reviews I decided to be patient and wait for the new delivery. I was told the date when it would be available and sure enough the promise of delivery was kept right to the very day. The stove is now fitted and I have to say that this is not a good stove its a brilliant stove!! Very well designed and constructed, easy to control and the airwash system really does keep the glass clean. It is very easy to light and the heat output is superb given the amount of wood it uses. My stove fitters have been back to see it working at full bore and were very impressed with its controllability. Ordering online and service from Stove World has been very efficient and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Bought this stove to heat our large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with high ceiling. The stove does an amazing job of keeping the room warm and cosy, no central heating required while it's burning. Large glass door gives mesmerising view of the fire, heat output is more than enough to do the job. Stove World team are very professional and great to deal with, delivery guys were efficient and friendly. Buy one you won't regret it!

The ottowa is still in its packaging awaiting fitting. I was really impressed with delivery. I had expected to be waiting 5 - 7 working days. I ordered on the saturday and the stove was delivered tuesday. No complaints so far.

Delighted with the clear and easy to navigate website as well as the straightforward ordering process. Arrived as and when they said and I'm really impressed by the fire, the photos really do not do it justice, it is absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, our house is only half built and needed it on site to get the chimney breast right as it is going in a see through aperture so as soon as we do install it, I'll write another review and post some photos. Coseyfire 22 purchased from Stoveworld looks & works fantastic smaller than my old log burner but gives more heat & using less logs price was great as well heats very Lg lounge easy highly recommend

Stove has been fitted for about a month now and following the initial small running in fires its now running at full capacity.
GOOD POINTS.
The large glass panel gives a great view of the fire (obviously)
The airwash system keeps the glass really clean
For a small stove it kicks out masses of heat, so even with kids who just can't shut doors, our previously freezing house is now cosy.
Build seems great, its only a month so can't really comment but its solid and the long guarantee is reassuring.
Its simple to clean out (I still can't believe just how little ash is left after a full days use of wood or briquettes).
BAD POINTS
well none ive found really, its pretty heavy at around 70kg, add the wood pallet and packing say 85? so when its delivered (bang on time, the service was excellent ) you'll definitely need 2 people to move it.
Oh yes and staring hypnotised into the fire does not get jobs round the house done.
Sorry to waffle on.....just buy one, you'll love it.
