Worried about how cheap this burner seems? I was too, but shouldn't have been. I am impressed with the quality and am very pleased with the finished result now it's fitted. Be under no illusion - it's a heavy quality piece of kit - the only negative was how difficult it was to lift onto my new piece of slate without scratching it or putting our backs out!! A nice problem to have I suppose. Delivery was efficient and on time, even though various components (flue etc.) were drop shipped. Vary happy with finished result and would recommend to anybody. Buy with confidence.

The service and help from stove world was superb . Delivered on time and the stove is first class . I would have no probs recommending stove world or the Ottawa 5 defra stove . Great service at a great price thanks to all at stove world

Dear Stoveworld UK team,
Very pleased with the purchase of Verona woodburner. It is a huge improvement on the tired old one (Trianco) it replaces. It terms of efficiency it is a revelation warming the room (and house) much more effectively on a fraction of the amount of fuel. My initial misgivings about the small ash-pan have proved to be unfounded as the efficiency of the burning process produces little ash.
Delivery was also very quick and driver very helpful in getting it through the front door.
My only disappointment is that the paint on the adaptor pipe started flaking off as soon as the fire was first lit - I can only assume that it is an inferior finish to that on the flue pipe sections which have been fine.
Apart from that minor niggle I am very happy with my purchase and would happily recommend Stoveworld UK to others.

Bought this stove and installed it Oct 2014 and overall I'm very pleased with it. It's been well used for well over a year now and is still performing well without any noticeable defects. The only thing I would comment on is the ventilation system is a tad clunky. The top vent is sticky and small adjustments are difficult to set accurately. The lower vent is pretty much unusable unless you want a furnace. However, once you get use to it the stove is quite easy to balance and control the burn and is great value for money compared to others on the market.

We have purchased the Nero 5 and we are very impressed. The product is amazing quality and great value for money.
It produces so much heat and heats the hole bungalow.
I received outstanding customer service and and was looked after very well from the start of purchase to delivered and received. Highly recommend this company if you are purchasing a stove for he first time or upgrading, they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I'm delighted with this stove. My requirement was for an economical but efficient log burner that I could transport to Greecefor local installation.
Using advice from the stovefitters outlet it was installed to UK safety standards (not local Greek ones!) and commissioned using the instructions. Results are amazing. Great air control, excellent burn (the ash is powder not granular which ishould a great sign)
Plenty of heat thrown out to warm up an open plan 120 Sq. M house with stair well and mostly concrete/tile construction. Highly recommend this stove is in your short list. It doesn't have colours, swivel, cylinders, tv format or pedestals.....but it doesn't cost £3,000+ either! It works, is efficient and looks very contemporary without shouting out "look at me I'm expensive". Very satisfied customer.
