Extremely satisfied with our Nero 5 stove. Looks a lot more expensive than what it is and kicks off a lot of heat. Really enjoying it.

Finally had this fitted late January after we got let down by a fitter. No previous burner experience but this works great. Mainly burning clean pallets but also kiln dried logs, compressed logs and coal. Kicks out the heat and even used it with the door open but only while using a fireguard and also we have a tiled floor and no combustibles nearby. Enough heat to keep the back of the house warm in a detached house with no cavity walls and about 40m"2 between the 3 open rooms. Even opened the door to the hallway and heat filtered upstairs when on full blast. It's now out of use and has been oiled and looks fresh and new and a focal point even when not in use.

First class service, nice looking stove, and the courier was a great help as i could not be there when delivery took place, and he got it as close to our door as possible. Looking forward to installing, as it is a replacement for one we've had for just over 20yrs.

We recently bought and installed this stove. Well built and with clean, contemporary lines. The large glass door panel is great - the fire is clearly visible and attractive.
The instruction book is not well written. Luckily my wife is an ace with stoves and quickly figured how to manage it. Our only criticism is the door handle which is bare, solid metal. It quickly becomes too hot to touch. Stove is supplied with a heat glove - maybe this is an afterthought. The instruction book is vague about this detail giving only an obvious and general warning that in use the stove gets hot (surprise!) but no explicit warning about the handle. Maybe the it needs a redesign. Our previous stove had a simple though not so stylish handle of coiled steel that was safe to handle even when in full heat.
This is not a major issue and shouldn't put you off. It's simple common-sense to be careful around stoves. This is a great piece of kit, thoroughly recommended and we are very pleased with it.

This boiler does everything that is written on the packet, I have this connected to an array of radiators and a hot water cylinder:
The lowest temp this winter was -13 and the fire held up beautifully, the water was piping hot and the radiators took the sting out of the cold.
Only thing I found was that by having long cut logs you was impeded on the amount you can fill the fire with. I cut mine down to about 10 inches and stacked them so the cut was facing the glass, much more effective.
Had no problem keeping it going through the night, filled it up with large oak, turned everything down and she stayed till morning.
Experiment with coal but the fire is just not made for it to be banked up high enough, that is using smokeless coal, the fire won't take the large chunks of coal and neither will the flue.
Tried it with turf but was forever filling it up.
Best buy I have bought in a long while.

I would strongly recommend using this company. The website was very easy to negotiate with excellent pictures and information to help you make a decision. Delivery was on time and product was very well wrapped and protected so no damage at all. The price of the fire was a fraction of what we had been quoted by local companies and the plumber we used to fit the fire was very impressed with the quality. We have installed the fire in our conservatory which has changed the whole dynamics of this room and find that we use this room constantly not only because it is so much warmer but the whole family enjoy the fun aspect of using the log burner. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and would definitely recommend Stoveworld UK. I have attached a photo of our Ottawa fire in its full glory.

Amazing stove. I have 3 stoves, and have fitted a couple more, and non of them compare to this. Only one fire I recall was similar - I rented a cornish cottage with a contemporary circular fire and was amazed at the heat output and the control-ability of the fire to the extend I considered getting one, until I discovered the the price which was in excess of £2000. I thought to get that sort of performance you needed to spend a lot of money.

Their are 2 grades of stainless steel and as with most liners on the market this one is made with the lowest grade. But that is it comparison wise, These liners cannot be compared with the others on the Market. I dont know how its manufactured but its bloody strong. Anyone who fits liners will tell you of stories about tearing and uncoiling. I would say this liner is pretty much indestructable. To be totally honest i dont know why i am telling you this because i would like to keep this for myself and be one up on my competitors. If your looking for a review just buy it you will have no regrets.

Had this fitted a few months ago in large open plan kitchen diner lounge. Fantastic. We haven't used the heating all winter, just the log burner on each evening. Great to look at, really creates an ambience. And even the three dogs and two cats all chill out when it's on and stretch out in front of it - it even makes them relax.
Only negative is when we close the vents for a low burn we let a plume of smoke out each time we open it (as a colder fire is more smokey), and the overnight burn doesn't last all night.
Overall we're delighted with it, and it is great value.
