This is an excellent stove it is that good this is
my 2nd one for another room my 1st one i have had for nearly

Thank you very much for your prompt delivery of our new wood burner. It is exactly what we wanted and the quality has exceeded our expectations for the price. Unfortunately, our plumber is much less reliable than your company and our stove is still behind our settee in our lounge awaiting installation! !

I fired mine for the first time yesterday evening and it performed beautifully. Nice clear glass and packs out the heat. It looks the part too, no fancy fiddly bits just solid and sensible looks. Installed it myself with no previous experience, just plenty or research and some advice from the Stove World boys. Big thank you. These are no nonsense sensible guys to deal with.

A happy new year to you all and many of them. Can I say we are delighted with the stove and also your service and the delivery firm who informed us when they were due to arrive.
We have a problem which has no reflection on the stove but we were not aware the beam over the fireplace had been backed with a piece of Pitch Pine and the heat off the stove caused the gum in the wood to drip onto the stove. We have tried a few things to clean it off but with no success up to now.
We intend to clad and seal the beam with a high temperature silicone but can you give us any advice as how to clean off the staining or can we paint the stove and if so what do you advise to paint it with.

Thanks very much, absolutely delighted with stove, every bedroom should have one.
I am returning the register plate kit today as discussed on the phone the other week just as it is impossible to fit it due to the size of my chimney, completely my mistake.
Many many thanks for service and product, will recommend to anyone who expresses an interest in a stove in the future.

Hi --- I bought from you a coseyfire 5 -----and it's been the best wood burner I've ever had---and in the past I've had Jotul and Aarrow stoves to name a few!! ----
