The fire arrived when it should, I'm waiting for the fitters who haven't arrived when they should! So the fire is still wrapped up and under a tarp waiting for them to turn up in 2 weeks time. I would recommend Coseyfire for delivery and value for money, also I love the plain styling-it looks very classy. Just hope the stove isn't damaged after having to wait to have it installed.

After shortlisting lots of burners I am so pleased I chose this one. In terms of value for money I would say its the best around. Had it running for a week now, and after taking a few days to get used to how it works we are now up and running with full heat output. Gives out enough heat to filter through upstairs too which means no heating running in the evening. Had some issues with getting the airwash control to work but was advised to loosen off the fixing (which was a bit fiddly) and it now works fine. A lovely big glass door which makes for nice viewing. Would definitely recommend Stoveworld and this stove. However the delivery company is a different story. Trying to find out when it was due to be delivered so I could be home was a nightmare, three phone calls later, none returned and the call which was supposed to come half hour before was received an hour after the stove had actually been delivered!

We were very impressed with the service provided by Stoveworld, really easy to purchase online, great value stove and communication all the way
We were advised due to high demand delivery would be slightly delayed - the next day, delivery was made! Very impressed
Have attached picture of the stove - love it now. Were slightly worried initially, having never purchased a brand new stove, we were not expecting the smoke and smell which occurred!!! However, now all settled in it's lovely, really easy to light and once going can close in, keeps us lovely and cosy - just waiting for the real cold weather now!!!

We are very happy with our wood burner. It looks great. We've even lit when its not been really that cold just because we love looking at it! We'd definitely recommend you to our friends and acquaintances.

I bought one of these fires 5 years ago, very good heat output and has saved me a small fortune on gas, it's lit from October to April and never goes out, value for money is superb as it heats the whole house,

The fire outperforms in every department from wood logs to smokeless coals I'm very happy with the nero punches some nice heat and keeps my house nice and warm it's a good fire and worth the money I paid the overall build of this fire is quailty and look in air tight doors are brilliant
