The glass on my ecosy stove broke (I think it was my fault….) and I ordered a replacement from stove world on line (very easy) and three days later it was here and fitted, brilliant service.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish and so quick on the delivery. Living in a chimney free house and really after the real fire look we did a fair bit of research into Bioethanol stoves and took the plunge we are not disappointed. It’s fantastic, looks good, clean and doesn't smoke or smell . We absolutely love it and can't wait to fire it up of an evening giving out perfect warmth to the room. We are delighted and loved the videos on the website to help us choose the right model for us.

Very nice stove with a big window. Looks contemporary. Easy to control burn rate and glass keeps fairly clean. Only burn kiln dried logs or the glass does go black quickly. Ash pan a bit fiddly to remove but minor niggle.

This kit fitted perfectly in our stove and made it look brand new! The two pieces at the top held together with the steel bars also arrived ready made which was great.

I was a little sceptical about whether the fans made any difference, me and the missus sit opposite the stove and after a short while you can feel the heat reaching across the room to where we sit. I do believe they can make a difference and are quite pleased with the double fan version. Excellent.

Really good choice of beams at very affordable

Amazing stove, great quality and exactly what we were looking for. Good clean lines, solid and weighty. We have underfloor heating and so a wood burning stove would not have worked in this environment so this excellent biofuel stove still gave us a cosy real flame and a moderate heat output. Perfect stylish cosy solution in a contemporary new build environment!
