I absolutely adore my new fire bowl and have had a wonderful experience with Stove World. The item arrived in a timely manner and was even better than it looked in the pictures.
Additionally, I had one small query which Stove World addressed in the most customer friendly way possible.
I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who may be interested.

Needed a replacement grate for our ecosy after 5 years. This one was recommended to fit and it’s spot on. Good, solid construction. Smelt a bit for the first burn but pleased with it. Would buy again if needed in another 5 years time.

Excellent Service, The Wood burner and all the accessories are very good quality. Everything you need in one easy bundle. Would highly recommend.

Really pleased with this fire fantastic look and it gives off a surprising amount of heat without the fuss of a traditional wood stove, we found the heat will transfer through the house quite a way and if let it burn on full for 5 minutes then shut the flap to about a quarter it will burn easily for over 4 hours on a litre of fuel

Have not had the burner installed yet (instal date Nov 3rd!) but the whole process from ordering to delivery was flawless. Great communication from the team- regular updates received. Excellent service!

We absolutely love our panoramic bio ethanol stove. It looks just like a log burner and it heats up the room much more than I thought it would. Quick delivery and any queries replied to straight away. Have recommended to friends and family.

Delivered on time. Installed this week. Used it for the last couple of days and the stove is first class! Really easy to control the heat output, it's a looker!
