Ottawa 5kW multi-fuel stove as a replacement stove. Lights easily and good air control for a good burn. Nice viewing window. Fast delivery well packaged and arrived quickly. A good experience all round with a realistic price. Thank you.

Great stove, heats everything, hot water, 6 radiators and the main room and hallway. Only issue is the instructions, no mention about the numbered nob on the left underside. Any ideas????

Love the fan. It looks sturdy and good quality. Does the job perfectly. Very happy with it. Customer service also very responsive. Arrived promptly. Overall very impressed. Would recommend

These are great value and look so lovely. I bought two to fit either side of my connecting door to another room and when lit looks amazing from both rooms.
Very easy to install, we ended up added making it look 'built-in'.

Really good value for money. Fit is a bit on the tight side, but all worked out well in the end.

Absolutely amazing bit of kit, strongly reccomend, was nice when the installer and chimney sweep were excited to see it. Arrived promptly, very heavy make sure your ready to receive it as its not a 1 person lift but this just highlights my favourite thing, its solid and well built. The airflow system is great, high level of control and the flames dance nicely. Wierdly excited for the depths of winter this year.

I would definitely recommend Stove World when buying your first stove. Advise given before purchase was invaluable, and once the stove was ordered it arrived promptly, well packed and although it is not yet fitted, it appears to be in perfect condition. with no issues.

Heating at last! After a two year period without heating and huge electricity bills due to convector heater this has begun to be the most amazing improvement, especially from the old, leaking gravity fed monstrosity. I’m still working out how the various air controls work, top & bottom obvious but the extra one underneath and the mysterious thermostat are beyond my comprehension. Logs certainly burn well and give good heat to room and radiators, trying briquettes tonight and seeing if they stay in ????????
