Overall very happy with the stove and its delivery (certainly very well packaged). Stove suits the intended room, and provides an excellent source of heat (better than expected). Looks really good in situ. So much so that we are considering buying the Panorama ecofuel for another room. We hope the price might come down. The instruction booklet 'Pure Bio Stove' has missing text. E.g., Bottom of page 8 sentence starts 'When you....' but does not finish leaving the reader in suspense! It would have been useful to have been provided with one bottle of bio-ethanol liquid when the stove was delivered as we couldn't use the stove for a few days while we waited for a 'fuel' delivery. Unfortunately, I spilt some fuel on the stove and it appears to have stained, or removed the paint, on the bottom bar just inside the door. It now shows some silver. A minor irritation but an irritation none the less. A solution to return it to black would be helpful.

Fast delivery, the glass came fully protected but not over the top wrapping..fitted perfectly. Will now be my go to company!

I've had log burners for many years, and this one is as good as it gets, both in efficiency and looks. Stove World answered all my questions promptly, and the delivery was excellent, with the fire being well protected and bang on time. Brilliant service.

We are very pleased with our purchase: delivery was quick and the stove was well packaged and arrowed without a mark on it. The Rock Compact stove is well made from, quality materials, and is easy to clean and light. Particularly impressive to me, compared to a previous stove, is the robustness of the cast iron gate and the steel ashpan; the front glass has also proven to self clean very effectively. An excellent little stove
