Fire Bricks arrived well packed and no damage. Had an initial issue with 2 of the bricks stuck together (the rest separated easily. Used a thin bladed scraper and hammer to separate - no problem and no damage resulted. Will be fitting at the end of this burning season together with a new baffle (purchased earlier in the year). Stoveworld service prompt and efficient as usual.

Liked the look of the stove on their site, agreed a delivery date, stove arrived as promised.
Stove appears to be really well built, knocks spots off the cheap internet stoves. In use it is incredible, easy to light and control. Bags of heat very economical on both coal or logs. Good company, good product, recommend

I am pleased with the stove overall and it has transformed the space it is in. However the way the baffle is connected means it will be difficult to clean the chimney - it will have to be disconnected and given the temperatures the bolts will be exposed to I am concerned that this may be difficult. I would have thought that another fixing system could have been developed. I will see how it performs over the next few months to confirm how effective it is.

We absolutely love our new stove. We needed a DEFRA approved one and it’s been amazing to see the difference in the heat that this one produces. It’s just perfect and is keeping the downstairs of our house super warm. It also looks lovely x

Needed new mitt for our wood burner really quickly so ordering very easy and mitt arrived within couple days. Although thinner fabric than previous one it has easier feel to grip door handle and logs and is heatproof. Would recommend this product and Stoveworld.

I have actually been very impressed with this stove. We had a cheaper one installed a few years ago and this was bought to replace it, and has been used for the last couple of seasons.
The HETAS engineer who replaced our old one told me this was still a budget model, but two years on with daily wood burning for 5-6 months of the year, it is still in great condition (baffle plate has warped slightly, but nothing to be concerned about) rope will have to be replaced at the end of this season too but that is something that is easily a replaceable part . Seems to be well made and heavy duty. We have a T piece installed through the back outlet to allow the stove to be brought further out of the fireplace as it's quite a small opening and benefits from being slightly further into the room.
Produces plenty of heat in a 6mLx4mWx2mH room
Would recommend this stove
