We purchased the stove in 2021 and are very happy with it, we use both types of fuel (duck eggs coals) as well as logs, and it keeps our house toasty, we did install new radiators as part of the instalation as my builder recomended this be done, I find it reasonable to run fuel wise.

The silicone worked well on my cement board but has cracked and fell away on other parts that were in direct contact with the fire/flue

Fantastic log burner and great service!
The log burner is beautiful, dimensions are great, we needed a very specific measurement between the flue and the back, which this one allowed us to install it straight.
Great quality for price, and the brass fixtures we paid extra for add that extra bit of quality - one came a bit discoloured and stoveworld sent 2 replacements straight away!
Our installer is now thinking he will recommend this model to most people - great buy!

The Ecosy+ Hampton 5 stove has been installed and in regular use for the past 7 weeks and it is a joy! The stove is so easy to light and maintain, it generates a good amount of heat and is easy to control... not only that, it looks really nice too. We would highly recommend this stove and Stoveworlduk. Excellent.

This is the best stove, Its efficient, has the most lovely flame, especially when its fully damped down.
This stove produces a lot of heat.
I'm so glad that I bought this stove. I was a little dubious as its a cheaper price compared to others, but don't be put off by that, Its really well built. I had a villager stove prior to this.
This stove is hotter, burns 1/3 of the fuel for the same heat output.
It comfortably heats a 60 square meter area, my kitchen and living room area, and sits around 24c. and I don't have any central heating.

Product description says this item is 320 mm wide. When it arrived it was actually 350 mm. Not a big problem as I was able to cut it to 320 mm with my angle grinder. Would be an issue for anyone not able to do this.
Otherwise, service was excellent from Stove World, but due to wrong description it only merits 2 stars!

Had this fitted at the end of May 2024, all I can say is wow, after living with a multi fuel stove for over 15 years this is light years ahead. Easy to light and a roaring fire in 5minutes, very controllable and best of all really efficient, we use about 1 log an hour, usually 2 at the start then once burned down add 1 as needed, it gets our home toasty hot, I could sit and watch the flames for hours, we’re very happy.

Stove came promptly , v well packaged. Reason for choosing this model was because we didn’t want to stick to the usual black option. Stove is a good looking feature to our property. Well made and loved the design. Getting good use from the stove already.

Very impressed. Fire was better than I expected. No fuss purchase. Get a nice gentle heat. Would recommend
