Stoveworld website is easy to navigate, as is locating the items you require. Ordering was straightforward, delivery was prompt with all requested item well packed. All things considered, the experience I had with Stoveworld was very good.
Late review due to delay in fitting. I am very impressed. Very easy to light and heats up super quick. Very good quality. Great service from stove world. Slight issue very quickly resolved with a little mark on the unit. Very pleased indeed.
Very pleased with my new Ecosy+ Rock midi - it looks even better than in the picture and is easy to use. The ash tray is easy to remove & clean. My installer was impressed with it & thought it was a good value, straight forward stove. The company processed my order quickly & delivered on my requested delivery date.
We just love our stove, it looks and feels such good quality. The stove gives off a good heat just enough for our room and we also put a fan on the top. We shall order the logs for it next just to give that extra feel of a log burner . The service was really good to and delivered when they said as we had preordered.
The replacement rope kit arrived quickly and was easy to fit.
It took about ten minutes. Communication from Stove World was great and I would highly recommend them

I bought the Ecosy Hampton 5XL stove to replace an old stove that had seen better days. The difference in efficiency is astonishing. No more battling to get the fire going properly, and the heat that this stove throws out is unbelievable. So much warmer than our old stove, even though the official kW rating is considerably lower. It’s also very attractive - pay the extra for the brass handle, which makes a big difference to the look. Most importantly, our dog loves it!
