Brilliant product and really easy to cut to size, really finished off the look of our Bioethanol stove. We also made a mistake where originally ordering but Stoveworld were really helpful in getting the correct part ordered

Initially ordered the Panoramic stove but had to change it to the smaller version. Company were excellent at changing our order and refunding the difference.
We love our stove, it heats up our living room a treat and is so clean. We bought the ceramic logs to give it an authentic feel. The first burn did have a bit of a weird smell but I think that's just burning off the newness. Since then it has been fine. We might try it out in a our kitchen diner to see how the heat feels in there as it's a much bigger room before we commit to buying another one. Feels good not to be adding to pollution but now have to dispose of the bottles carefully as they cannot go into our normal recycling.

Good price and fast delivery. Glass has scratch on front which was only seen when lit, so disappointed with that. Only 2nd time using but kicks out great heat. Was easy to setup and looks great too. Lost star for scratch

Absolutely very happy with this company. They where more than happy to help me with my issue. Yes it was probably under guarantee, but communication and response times where great.. Does exactly what it says on the tin.. Definitely recommend

This is a fantastic stove! Had it in about three weeks now and it's superior to our old 7kw in every way. It's so clean, the glass stays perfectly clear so you can enjoy the flames all day. It's very efficient, and wow it gives out plenty of heat! The initial tempering in instructions are well written and helped avoid any issues with door rope sticking etc. Excellent communication from stoveworld with fast delivery and well packaged. I only wish I'd put this in years ago. Highly recommend to anyone considering this stove.

Very pleased with the bioethanol fire, we were looking for the log burner effect and haven't been disappointed. The customer service received from Stoveworld has been exceptional, ( we had a minor issue this was rectified immediately)..with prompt and informative communication.Woild have no hesitation in buying from this company again ...thanks very much Hayley Bowen x

Delivery was on time and as expected by a polite, helpful driver, we assembled the fire without any issues and have used it a few times, it creates a good heat and is atmospheric, looks lovely.

Amazing quality, very heavy and looks much more expensive than it was. Gives out much more heat than I expected too.
