Excellent stove, really pleased and recommend Stove Word for product quality and customer service.
I was a bit reserved about ordering from Stove World, someone recommended them to me, because their prices seem a lot less than the bigger brands. Having done all the research, knowing now that the price variation comes from the sales chains used by other brands, I went ahead and placed my order.
So far so good, the stove got installed in October and we have had it fired up almost daily for the past couple of months. Build quality seems solid, paint finish is excellent, we added the black handle as an extra and personally think it looks better, you get a glove as this handle can get hot. The Panoramic 9 worked well for us as the depth of our chimney was limited and we didn't want the stove protruding too much however we could go for a wider stove. I have had friends comment and show a lot interest making comparisons to their own stoves in favour of ours.

Just what we wanted! Due to logistics we couldn’t have a real log burner, so this is absolutely perfect! Let’s out so much heat and we use it to heat our extension. Fabulous customer service too! Thank you so much :)

The grill is well made and strong it fitted my fire bowl well. Only problem is the bars are far too far apart for cooking sausages for instance food falls through the grill. Closer spacing required

I am absolutely delighted with this stove. The heat output is fantastic. Easy to light and I just pop a kiln dried log in every hour or so. My living room gets so warm I have to let it go out after a few hours. The delivery time was very quick and communication regarding delivery etc was excellent.

Didnt want the hassle of having an outside flue put in, as I have no chimney. Lovely focal point for our living room. Would recommend it..

Stove had few marks inside that looked like they happened in transit. Stoveworld were very apologetic and sent us some black spray and a small gratuity payment. Now stove up and running we love it. Slight odour from fuel so may look for alternative but very happy with the warmth and cosiness this stove gives our lounge.

I've had this installed for about a week with rear air input option. Seems quite well made and it's working well.
